Seg\u00fan otro marcador, el de la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Turismo<\/strong>, en un lustro baj\u00f3 10 puntos, quedando en el lugar 58. \u00bfEst\u00e1 enferma nuestra marca pa\u00eds?<\/p>\n<p>La marca-pa\u00eds ha aparecido en el diccionario del contexto mundial. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un concepto mercadot\u00e9cnico, est\u00e1 siendo empleado como un modelo de negocios para potenciar activos claves: turismo, inversi\u00f3n, oportunidades comerciales, imagen y competitividad. M\u00e9xico intenta jugar en ese marco global desde 2005. Sin embargo, desde su lanzamiento nuestra <strong>marca-pa\u00eds<\/strong> ha sido no s\u00f3lo d\u00e9bil sino empa\u00f1ada por el factor inseguridad, con significativo impacto internacional.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el ranking Future Brand, la marca M\u00e9xico ocupa el lugar 47 de 113 pa\u00edses evaluados, superada en 23 puntos por Uruguay y Costa Rica, los m\u00e1s altos de <strong>Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/strong>. Otro dato. Durante 2010, la Sectur efectu\u00f3 un estudio de la marca M\u00e9xico. La evaluaci\u00f3n, que incluy\u00f3 44 mil marcas y 680 mil consumidores de 51 pa\u00edses, arroj\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds como destino \u201cno era un lugar de mucho valor\u201d. En consecuencia, el <strong>Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de M\u00e9xico (CPTM)<\/strong>, que dirige Rodolfo L\u00f3pez Negrete, invirti\u00f3 25 millones de d\u00f3lares en Estados Unidos y seis millones de euros en Europa durante 2011 en las campa\u00f1as de promoci\u00f3n, en un esfuerzo por potenciar la marca-pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La marca
