la apicultura en Puerto Morelos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cada vez est\u00e1 m\u00e1s cercana la creaci\u00f3n del centro de acopio que propuso la alcaldesa Blanca Merari Tziu<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los apicultores de Leona Vicario han logrado grandes avances en su organizaci\u00f3n y en la calidad de la miel que cosechan, la cual incluso ya est\u00e1 certificada, manifest\u00f3 Manuel Jes\u00fas G\u00f3ngora Sansores, director de Fomento Agropecuario.<\/p>\n<p>La intenci\u00f3n es llegar a tener un centro de acopio, como ofreci\u00f3 en su momento la presidenta municipal de Puerto Morelos, Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz, pero hay que seguir procedimientos que llevan tiempo. \u201cEmpezamos con la organizaci\u00f3n de nueve apicultores, cada uno de los cuales ten\u00eda unos 10 apiarios, a fin de reunir un mayor volumen del dulce para vender\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/apicultura-puerto-morelos-1.jpeg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-54794\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/apicultura-puerto-morelos-1-300x214.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/apicultura-puerto-morelos-1-300x214.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/apicultura-puerto-morelos-1-585x417.jpeg 585w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/apicultura-puerto-morelos-1.jpeg 656w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que el siguiente paso fue crear una figura que reflejara esa organizaci\u00f3n, lo que dio paso, en marzo de 2022, a la Sociedad Cooperativa de Apicultores, con la que empezaron a trabajar como una peque\u00f1a empresa enfocada en la producci\u00f3n de miel org\u00e1nica, libre de pesticidas.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad, Inocuidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (Senasica) les otorg\u00f3 constancias de que sus apiarios est\u00e1n libres de varroa, \u00e1caro que constituye el principal problema de la apicultura, lo que facilitar\u00e1 la venta de su miel.<\/p>\n<p>Esos son grandes logros para los apicultores, que impulsar\u00e1n el desarrollo de Leona Vicario y les permitir\u00e1n crecer como organizaci\u00f3n, porque podr\u00e1n atraer a otros productores y empezar a funcionar como un centro de acopio peque\u00f1o y, en un futuro cercano, empezar a exportar.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/apicultura-puerto-morelos-2.jpeg\"
