Quiz\u00e1 mucha gente no lo tenga presente, pero es importante saber que as\u00ed como nos damos tiempos de descanso para que nuestro cuerpo se relaje, necesitamos adquirir ciertos h\u00e1bitos que ayudar\u00e1n a que nuestro cerebro descanse. Al fin y al cabo, es uno de los \u00f3rganos vitales de nuestro organismo y necesitamos que est\u00e9 al 100% para que rindamos mejor.<\/p>\n

Por eso, si procuramos que nuestro cerebro descanse, estaremos m\u00e1s motivados, mejorar\u00e1 nuestra memoria y aprendizaje.<\/p>\n

Uno de los aspectos principales es priorizar el sue\u00f1o, ya que entre el ajetreo diario y la rutina destinamos pocas horas al descanso suficiente todas las noches.<\/p>\n

Lo id\u00f3neo es dormir entre siete y nueve horas durante la noche; evitar ver la tele o pantallas azules entre una y dos horas antes de dormir y mantener tu dormitorio fresco y oscuro.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 tal se te dan las rutinas? Debes saber que empezar algo nuevo puede darle a tu cerebro la actualizaci\u00f3n que necesitas para funcionar adecuadamente, as\u00ed te impulsar\u00e1 a enfrentarte a nuevos retos. As\u00ed que an\u00edmate a los cambios.<\/p>\n

Otro h\u00e1bito que ayudar\u00e1 a que el cerebro descanse es desapegarte de la hiperconectividad en la que estamos sumidos actualmente. Aunque puede resultar un tanto dif\u00edcil, hacerlo nos dejar\u00e1 tiempo para practicar la meditaci\u00f3n, poner atenci\u00f3n a nuestros sentidos, reconocer nuestras emociones y tener un momento de tranquilidad sin distracciones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
