<\/a><\/p>\nPlaya del Carmen, Solidaridad, 23 de mayo del 2023.- Para seguir con la renovaci\u00f3n de Solidaridad, con un municipio limpio, la presidenta Lili Campos convoca, por medio de la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos, a propietarios y\/o due\u00f1os de predios y lotes bald\u00edos a mantenerlos desmontados y libres de cualquier maleza, ya que en caso de no cumplir ser\u00e1n acreedores a una sanci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Esta convocatoria es para los due\u00f1os de fraccionamientos y colonias nuevas, con terrenos sin construcci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de lotes bald\u00edos, puesto que deber\u00e1n mantenerlos limpios de todo residuo de matorral; adem\u00e1s, deber\u00e1n instalar bardas o cercas apropiadas que impidan la acumulaci\u00f3n de residuos y el acceso a personas no autorizadas. Deber\u00e1n hacerlo durante mayo y noviembre, a fin de evitar condiciones de insalubridad e inseguridad para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
En caso de hacer caso omiso a esta convocatoria y no haber realizado la limpieza, el municipio, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos, realizar\u00e1 el procedimiento de inspecci\u00f3n a partir del 15 de junio y podr\u00e1n ser acreedores a una sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que va de las 40 a 80 U.M.A.S. Sin embargo, la sanci\u00f3n no relevar\u00e1 al infractor de la obligaci\u00f3n de corregir las irregularidades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
