\nPuerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 9 de junio de 2023.- En el marco de la XLII Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo de Puerto Morelos, llevada a cabo en el sal\u00f3n Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y Pav\u00f3n, se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad el Acuerdo de Colaboraci\u00f3n entre la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo Estatal (Sedetur) y el Ayuntamiento de Puerto Morelos para la reconstrucci\u00f3n del muelle de pescadores, ubicado en la Ventana al Mar.
\nEn ese marco, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se congratul\u00f3 por aterrizar el Acuerdo con el Estado, para poder concretar la reparaci\u00f3n del muelle que impulsa la econom\u00eda de Puerto Morelos y fortalece la actividad tur\u00edstica. Explic\u00f3 que la instancia estatal pondr\u00e1 un 50 por ciento del costo de la reparaci\u00f3n y el gobierno municipal el otro 50 por ciento, estimando un monto aproximado en m\u00e1s de 3 millones de pesos.
\n\u201cLa obra se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una vez que se cuente con todos los permisos ambientales que otorga la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat) y hasta entonces iniciar\u00e1 la obra con personal del propio ayuntamiento\u201d, inform\u00f3 la Alcaldesa.
\nAsimismo, dijo que desafortunadamente con el paso de los d\u00edas cada vez se ha deteriorado m\u00e1s el muelle, que es indispensable para las actividades acu\u00e1ticas y tur\u00edsticas y en breve se espera poder arrancar la obra bajo el proyecto de reparaci\u00f3n que elabor\u00f3 en conjunto con la Sedetur, en la cual han participado los secretarios de Desarrollo Urbano, Turismo, y el titular de Zofemat de Puerto Morelos.
\nPor otra parte, en la misma sesi\u00f3n fue aprobado el Convenio de Coordinaci\u00f3n para proporcionar apoyo en materia de seguridad al Gobierno Municipal de Puerto Morelos por parte de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina (Semar).
\nAl respecto, Blanca Merari Tziu detall\u00f3 que se trata de otorgar un seguro de vida a los elementos que brindan el apoyo en seguridad. Mencion\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que actualmente se cuenta con la labor de vigilancia de 72 marinos, a los cuales se les brinda apoyo alimentario y de algunos suministros para su labor.
