\nPuerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 26 de junio de 2023.- Con el prop\u00f3sito de brindar informaci\u00f3n para saber detectar y c\u00f3mo proceder ante el acoso laboral y cualquier otro tipo de violencia, el gobierno de Puerto Morelos, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM), imparte pl\u00e1ticas a trabajadores de los sectores p\u00fablico y privado del municipio.
\nAl respecto, la titular del IMM, Arlette Escudero Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz es hacer equipo con la clase trabajadora, para garantizarle sus derechos y que sepan que tanto mujeres como hombres no est\u00e1n solos frente a un acto de violencia.
\n\u201cMuchas veces llegamos a pasar por alto cuando existe acoso laboral, en ocasiones porque lo consideramos algo normal o porque as\u00ed creemos que nos conviene para conservar el empleo. Pero no es as\u00ed, la violencia nunca es normal, hay que ponerle un alto y denunciar\u201d, subray\u00f3 la funcionaria municipal.
\nEn este sentido, dijo que el Instituto Municipal de la Mujer es un organismo que se encarga de acompa\u00f1ar y canalizar, en apoyo a las v\u00edctimas de acoso y violencia. \u201cEstamos trabajando de la mano con otras instancias del Gobierno de Puerto Morelos y del Estado de Quintana Roo, para ser el respaldo de quienes soliciten nuestro apoyo\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\nArlette Escudero dio a conocer que recientemente se imparti\u00f3 la pl\u00e1tica \u201cEtapas de la violencia y acoso labor\u201d, dirigido a servidores p\u00fablicos de la administraci\u00f3n municipal 2021-2024 de Puerto Morelos. Participaron las psic\u00f3logas Rosa Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez D\u00edaz, Martha Alicia V\u00e1zquez Rom\u00e1n y Adly Nayeli Cort\u00e9s Altares; las abogadas Brenda Mart\u00ednez Ram\u00edrez y Yenny Yazm\u00edn \u00c1guilar Serio, y el psic\u00f3logo del Instituto Quintanarroense de la Mujer (IQM), Diego Efra\u00edn L\u00f3pez Herrera.
\nPor otro lado, coment\u00f3 que, en el marco del D\u00eda Naranja, que se conmemora cada 25 de mes, se imparti\u00f3 este lunes la pl\u00e1tica sobre los niveles y tipos de violencia, as\u00ed como las consecuencias de cada una de ellas, tanto emocionales como legales, dirigida a m\u00e1s de 40 trabajadores del hotel Dreams Sapphire, en su mayor\u00eda camaristas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
