-Nueve jugadores lograron su pase para competir en los cert\u00e1menes que se realizar\u00e1n en Egipto e Italia del \u00abdeporte ciencia\u00bb<\/p>\n

Canc\u00fan.- Un equipo de Quintana Roo, conformado por ocho ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes, adem\u00e1s de un adulto, se ganaron su pase para competir y representar a M\u00e9xico en los pr\u00f3ximos Mundiales de Ajedrez, que se realizar\u00e1n en Egipto para la categor\u00eda Cadetes y en Italia para las modalidades Juvenil y Senior, programado para los meses de octubre y noviembre.<\/p>\n

\u201cFelicito a cada uno de las y los ajedrecistas que han dado lo mejor y gracias a su dedicaci\u00f3n y esfuerzo, hoy van a asistir a un evento de talla mundial, esto es un gran logro para ustedes; tambi\u00e9n hay que reconocer el trabajo que han hecho los que aman el \u2018deporte ciencia\u2019, porque con esa misma dedicaci\u00f3n han ayudado al desarrollo de esta disciplina\u201d, coment\u00f3 el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n para la Juventud y el Deporte de Quintana Roo (COJUDEQ), Eric Arcila Arjona, al encabezar la conferencia de prensa donde se present\u00f3 a este equipo quintanarroense.<\/p>\n

En caso del \u201cWorld Cadet FIDE Chess Championship 2023\u201d, donde competir\u00e1n las categor\u00edas Sub-8, Sub-10 y Sub-12, a realizarse en Egipto del 14 al 27 de octubre pr\u00f3ximo, aqu\u00ed la entidad estar\u00e1 representada por los jugadores Levi Kalani Alexander Fogo Esquivel, Mateo Acosta Lozano y Andr\u00e9 Nicol\u00e1s L\u00f3pez Fuentes.<\/p>\n

Mientras que, para el \u201cWorld Youth FIDE Chess Championship 2023\u201d, programado del 12 al 25 de noviembre en Italia, se confirm\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de los quintanarroenses Jos\u00e9 Armando Mac\u00edas Zamora, Ferr\u00e1n Riera Fregoso, Andrea Flores Hern\u00e1ndez, Carolina Mar\u00edn Garrido y Valeria Garc\u00eda G\u00f3mez, quienes participar\u00e1n en las categor\u00edas Juveniles de Sub-14, Sub-16 y Sub-18.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n, se inform\u00f3 que el quintanarroense Virgilio Esquivel Nateras, tambi\u00e9n logr\u00f3 su pase al Campeonato Mundial de Ajedrez Senior 2023, que se realizar\u00e1 del 24 de octubre al 6 de noviembre en Italia; destacando que Esquivel logr\u00f3 su pase durante el Campeonato Nacional de la divisi\u00f3n que se hizo en Guanajuato.<\/p>\n
