\nPuerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 16 de julio de 2023.\u2014 Con el prop\u00f3sito de seguir consolidando a Puerto Morelos como destino de turismo gastron\u00f3mico, el gobierno municipal trabaja de la mano con los profesionales de la cocina para impulsar eventos que permitan un crecimiento y ocupaci\u00f3n permanente de visitantes, indic\u00f3 el secretario municipal de Turismo Sustentable, Miguel C\u00e1mara Ruiz.
\nEn ese contexto, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que todo est\u00e1 listo para llevar a cabo el \u201cPrimer Festival Parrillero del Caribe 2023\u201d, este 29 de julio, en el cenote Maravilla, en la Ruta de los Cenotes, que se organiza junto con la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac) de Puerto Morelos, que reunir\u00e1 a 14 reconocidos chefs de la zona norte de Quintana Roo.
\n\u201cEstamos creando v\u00ednculos con nuestro sector productivo para conectar tambi\u00e9n a nuestros estudiantes del ramo tur\u00edstico y que se involucren en la din\u00e1mica laboral; por eso, parte de los recursos que se obtengan del festival ser\u00e1n para apoyar a estudiantes del Cecyte Leona Vicario, instituci\u00f3n que recientemente firm\u00f3 un convenio con la Canirac Puerto Morelos\u201d, resalt\u00f3.
\nPor su parte, el presidente de Canirac en el municipio, Armando Alvarado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que habr\u00e1 capacidad para recibir a 250 comensales, ya que se instalar\u00e1n 14 carpas en las que se preparar\u00e1n platillos con pescado, pulpo, pollo, avestruz, cortes de res, carne de cerdo y tilapia del municipio, as\u00ed como los vegetales, principalmente de productores leonenses.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cEstaremos 14 chefs acompa\u00f1ados de 25 practicantes del Cecyte, a quienes queremos involucrar en todo los que implica armar estos eventos, adem\u00e1s de promover al destino, que cuenta con una gran cocina regional e internacional\u201d, destac\u00f3.
\nEl presidente de la Canirac detall\u00f3 que las familias podr\u00e1n disfrutar de las actividades que ofrece el Cenote Maravilla a partir de las 12 del d\u00eda y hasta las 8 de la noche; se tendr\u00e1 un \u00e1rea para ni\u00f1os con juegos de destreza, m\u00fasica en vivo y un espacio para las y los artesanos de Puerto Morelos y Leona Vicario.
