<\/a><\/p>\nEl consorcio Mamita\u00b4s Beach Club, en Playa del Carmen, del empresario Jorge Marzuca, que a lo largo de una d\u00e9cada logr\u00f3 poner en el mapa internacional al destino caribe\u00f1o, incursionar\u00e1 en la hoteler\u00eda con la construcci\u00f3n de su primer centro de hospedaje.<\/p>\n
El empresario abrir\u00e1 camino en la industria sin chimeneas con la construcci\u00f3n del hotel boutique Mamita\u00b4s, de 57 llaves y una inversi\u00f3n de 15 mdp, lo que\u00a0 dar\u00e1 valor agregado a la empresa y el lugar.<\/p>\n
El\u00a0 proceso de edificaci\u00f3n ya est\u00e1 en marcha y en abril pr\u00f3ximo estar\u00eda lista la primera fase, aunque ser\u00e1 en diciembre de 2014 o enero de 2015 que abrir\u00e1 sus puertas como complemento del centro de esparcimiento playero.<\/p>\n
Marzuca Fuentes indic\u00f3 que \u201cel reto del consorcio es ampliar la infraestructura e incursionar\u00e1 en el ramo hotelero con Mamita\u00b4s Hotel, que se enfocar\u00e1 a los j\u00f3venes que buscan buena fiesta y confort\u201d.<\/p>\n
El empresario coment\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o esperan una \u201cespectacular afluencia tur\u00edstica\u201d y en consecuencia un buen per\u00edodo para la empresa, ya que\u00a0 consolidan los diferentes eventos de los que Mamitas es anfitri\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
El club de playa es referente de los turistas y residentes, pues a sus atractivos naturales se suman eventos internacionales que ya son parte del \u00e9xito del lugar, como BPM Festival, Winter Beach \u2013que patrocina una empresa cervecera- y el Festival Internacional de Jazz,\u00a0 que re\u00fane cada a\u00f1o a los m\u00e1ximos exponentes del g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n
El tambi\u00e9n referente de la moda y el glamour ofrece servicios que complementan la visita de los paseantes, entre ellos un restaurante internacional, reposeras y camastros, ba\u00f1os, vestuarios, snack bar, sombrillas, pistas de Dj, \u00e1rea de masajes y cancha de beach v\u00f3ley, por mencionar algunos.<\/p>\n
