\"\"<\/a>El grupo hotelero Sunset World Resorts & Vacation Experiences, que opera mil 200 habitaciones y seis hoteles en Quintana Roo, adelant\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o construir\u00e1 un nuevo hotel boutique de 80 habitaciones como parte del complejo Tres R\u00edos, en la Riviera Maya.<\/p>\n

Orlando Arroyo Marroqu\u00edn, presidente del consejo de administraci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que la inversi\u00f3n para el segundo inmueble en el predio se estima en ocho mdd, y aunque todav\u00eda se definen los detalles del proyecto, pretenden seguir la tendencia de oferta para un segmento de alto poder adquisitivo.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl hotel boutique forma parte del plan integral del complejo Tres R\u00edos, el cual consider\u00f3 desde su concepci\u00f3n en el largo plazo mil 700 habitaciones, con cinco o seis hoteles, residencias de tiempo completo y compartido, en la reserva que ocupa en total 326 hect\u00e1reas\u201d.<\/p>\n

Hasta ahora, el hotel Hacienda Tres R\u00edos, all inclusive<\/em> de lujo de 273 suites, que signific\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 60 millones de d\u00f3lares, forma parte del plan maestro del complejo tur\u00edstico, \u00fanico en su tipo al incorporar un parque natural de 132 hect\u00e1reas dentro del predio, exclusivo para sus hu\u00e9spedes.<\/p>\n

Calific\u00f3 2013 como un a\u00f1o exitoso para el grupo hotelero al superar la meta de ocupaci\u00f3n programada hasta en dos puntos porcentuales, para cerrar el periodo entre el 85 y 86 por ciento, \u201cfue un a\u00f1o excelente, incluso se equipara con la recuperaci\u00f3n que tuvimos en 2012\u201d.<\/p>\n

Arroyo Marroqu\u00edn reconoci\u00f3 por otra parte, que la homologaci\u00f3n del IVA al 16 por ciento \u201cnos va a pegar en este 2014, es dif\u00edcil por ahora hacer estimaciones, pero tenemos que actuar con inteligencia y habilidad para sobrevivir al incremento\u201d, por lo que se respaldar\u00e1n con \u201cagresivas estrategias\u201d de promoci\u00f3n y publicidad en pa\u00edses sudamericanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
