\nPuerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 29 de agosto de 2023.- Con el prop\u00f3sito de impulsar una nueva cultura de equidad de g\u00e9nero y coadyuvar a la convivencia sana entre los diversos sectores sociales, el Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMM) de Puerto Morelos firm\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el hotel Ocean Coral & Turquesa, inform\u00f3 la directora general de la dependencia, Arlette Escudero Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez.
\n\u201cQueremos que cada d\u00eda se sumen m\u00e1s personas a generar una cultura de igualdad y erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia hacia las mujeres, y que esto permee en todos los \u00e1mbitos, sobre todo en el laboral donde hay contacto con compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, pero tambi\u00e9n con visitantes de todo el mundo\u201d, indic\u00f3.
\nLa funcionaria municipal, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por su equipo de trabajo, indic\u00f3 que cuentan con profesionales en psicolog\u00eda y abogados para brindar talleres, pl\u00e1ticas o asesor\u00edas individuales seg\u00fan se requiera. Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Estado se desarrollan programas dirigidos a mujeres proactivas, como \u201cMujeres Constructoras de Paz\u201d (Mucpaz).
\nEl convenio fue signado por el director general del hotel Ocean Coral & Turquesa, Giovani Gil, y la gerente de Recursos Humanos, Elda Cetina Maas, as\u00ed como la directora general del IMM, Arlette Escudero, y la abogada de la instituci\u00f3n, Brenda Mart\u00ednez Ram\u00edrez.
\nPor su parte, Elda Cetina agradeci\u00f3 el que se establezcan estas alianzas entre gobierno e iniciativa privada, ya que apoyar\u00e1n en gran medida a seguir protocolos y manejo de crisis, cuando se presenten situaciones de vulneraci\u00f3n a las y los colaboradores, quienes son pilar fundamental del desarrollo tur\u00edstico.
\n\u201cEs de suma importancia el contar con estos apoyos, porque en muchas ocasiones nos encontramos en momentos de vulneraci\u00f3n emocional, ya sea por problemas en casa, de enfermedad o laborales y debemos saber guiar a nuestro personal para evitar crisis, y ofrecer un buen servicio a nuestros visitantes\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.
