visitado por un mayor n\u00famero de turistas<\/li>\n<li>La Secretaria de Turismo recorre el proyecto Majahua-Cantiles, la Marina Ixtapa y el Campo de Golf Palma Real<\/li>\n<li>FONATUR realiza trabajos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento en este sitio tur\u00edstico del Pac\u00edfico mexicano<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Secretaria de Turismo del Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica, Claudia Ruiz Massieu, realiz\u00f3 un recorrido por el Centro Integralmente Planeado (CIP) Ixtapa, donde supervis\u00f3 obras de mejoramiento en la infraestructura tur\u00edstica de ese destino.<\/p>\n<p>Acompa\u00f1ada por el director general del Fondo Nacional de Fomento al Turismo (FONATUR), H\u00e9ctor G\u00f3mez Barraza, visit\u00f3 el proyecto Majahua-Cantiles, y el campo de Golf Palma Real, donde se realizan trabajos de mejoramiento en las canchas de tenis, padle y en la red de riego.<\/p>\n<p>La comitiva, a la cual se sum\u00f3 el presidente municipal de Zihuatanejo, Eric Fern\u00e1ndez Ballesteros, se traslad\u00f3 a la zona hotelera, y Marina Ixtapa, sitios donde FONATUR lleva a cabo obras de mejora en la infraestructura tur\u00edstica, a fin de atraer a un mayor n\u00famero de turistas y generar mayor derrama econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente se desarrolla un proyecto de relotificaci\u00f3n para el sector Cantiles Contramar, as\u00ed como diversas urbanizaciones, con el prop\u00f3sito de constituir reservas inmobiliarias de alta calidad para usos tur\u00edsticos y residenciales, con densidades medias, dise\u00f1os vanguardistas y m\u00e9todos constructivos en estrecho contacto con el entorno.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los proyectos de urbanizaci\u00f3n, que encabeza FONATUR, destacan los desarrollos de Lomas de Playa Linda, Lomas de las Garzas, Playa Don Juan y Majahua-Cantiles, que en conjunto cubren una superficie de 138 hect\u00e1reas y ofrecen una capacidad para 4 mil 294 cuartos y 5 mil 168 viviendas.<\/p>\n<p>Ruiz Massieu, G\u00f3mez Barraza y Fern\u00e1ndez Ballesteros tambi\u00e9n visitaron el proyecto de ampliaci\u00f3n del Trailer Park Playa Larga, en su segunda etapa, y la creaci\u00f3n del paradero de autobuses para facilitar y
