El afamado chef Ricardo Mu\u00f1oz Zurita abre en Canc\u00fan su nueva propuesta gastron\u00f3mica: Litoral<\/em><\/h4>\n

Inspirada en los ingredientes y recetas tradicionales mexicanos que reflejan la rica y diversa gastronom\u00eda que brindan las costas de nuestro pa\u00eds, abri\u00f3 sus puertas Litoral, Cocina de Mar, la nueva propuesta gastron\u00f3mica ubicada en Marina Puerto Canc\u00fan, de la mano del reconocido chef Ricardo Mu\u00f1oz Zurita.<\/p>\n

Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n, el llamado \u201cantrop\u00f3logo de la gastronom\u00eda mexicana\u201d, por sus investigaciones en la cocina tradicional y contempor\u00e1nea, ofreci\u00f3 una selecci\u00f3n de botanas, como el Tamalito de Cangrejo y las Gorditas Xalape\u00f1as, acompa\u00f1adas de una cata de cocteler\u00eda artesanal, basada en mezcales y destilados mexicanos.<\/p>\n

Los invitados constataron que el nuevo negocio ofrece una experiencia inigualable y extraordinaria, gracias a la destacada trayectoria del chef de origen tabasque\u00f1o, quien rescata ingredientes aut\u00f3ctonos\u00a0 y los combina con recetas tradicionales para crear una propuesta culinaria que respalda la pesca local y sustentable.<\/p>\n

Cultura en cada plato<\/strong><\/p>\n

Como evento central de la noche, y teniendo como escenario natural la incomparable vista de la marina, se ofreci\u00f3 la cena degustaci\u00f3n \u201cEntre Catrinas y Pescados\u201d, un viaje por las costas mexicanas y sus ingredientes originales, presentando platillos como la emblem\u00e1tica Sopa de Tortilla dentro de una catrina, el pescado Tikin Xic o el Pescado a la Talla, cerrando la velada con un pastel de tres leches.<\/p>\n

\u201cM\u00e9xico destaca por ser uno de los pa\u00edses con la mayor biodiversidad marina debido a su extensa l\u00ednea costera\u201d, coment\u00f3 el afamado chef, quien a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que este nuevo restaurante toma lo mejor del mar para deleitar el paladar de los comensales.<\/p>\n

Mu\u00f1oz Zurita ha dedicado gran parte de su vida a la investigaci\u00f3n de productos nativos del pa\u00eds y se asegura de tener siempre ma\u00edz de alta calidad y nixtamalizado para la elaboraci\u00f3n de tortillas hechas a mano, un elemento imprescindible en la mesa de Litoral.<\/p>\n

Se puede llegar al restaurante a bordo de alguna embarcaci\u00f3n y descender en la marina o a trav\u00e9s del hotel Renaissance Canc\u00fan, que cuenta con una entrada directa al restaurante.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s de combinar la grandeza de los litorales mexicanos con la genialidad culinaria, el chef Mu\u00f1oz Zurita reafirma su genuino compromiso de apoyar a las comunidades pesqueras locales y fomentar la regeneraci\u00f3n de la fauna marina, asegur\u00e1ndose de que todos los productos marinos cuenten con la certificaci\u00f3n de pesca sustentable.<\/p>\n
