Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, 17 de octubre del 2023.- Durante la vig\u00e9sima sexta sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria del Cabildo presidida por la edil Lili Campos, se aprob\u00f3 otorgar poder especial a favor de Javier Cal L\u00f3pez para representaci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento en materia laboral y de amparo, para garantizar la defensa de los derechos e intereses de las y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n

En la sesi\u00f3n, se otorgaron poderes limitados a favor del Licenciado Javier Cal L\u00f3pez para atender asuntos de las y los trabajadores del sindicato con n\u00famero de registro 30, con el fin de respetar sus derechos. Dicho poder tendr\u00e1 como vigencia m\u00e1xima, hasta el d\u00eda veintinueve de septiembre del a\u00f1o dos mil veinticuatro.<\/p>\n

Es importante mencionar que el poder otorgado no limita, ni perjudica de forma alguna las facultades de representaci\u00f3n del S\u00edndico Municipal Adri\u00e1n P\u00e9rez Vera.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
