Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, 25 de octubre del 2023.- La capacitaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito Municipal se refleja en 116 cursos y tres mil 385 elementos capacitados, lo que confirma que la presidenta municipal Lili Campos tiene entre sus prioridades tener una corporaci\u00f3n con disciplina, dedicaci\u00f3n, honradez, legalidad y eficiencia.<\/p>\n

La presidenta subray\u00f3 que al inicio de su administraci\u00f3n, una encuesta arroj\u00f3 que 7 de cada 10 ciudadanos no cre\u00edan en su polic\u00eda; sin embargo, en el mes de julio la cifra baj\u00f3 a 5 de cada 10 que creen en su polic\u00eda, lo que refleja que esa percepci\u00f3n vari\u00f3 en menos de un a\u00f1o. \u201cHoy m\u00e1s ciudadanos creen en su polic\u00eda, por ello ha ido incrementando el n\u00famero de uniformados, creciendo la corporaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s de un 100% con constante capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

La edil solidarense inform\u00f3 que entre la capacitaci\u00f3n y los entrenamientos que se han impartido a los elementos se encuentran: Proximidad social, Control de ira y estr\u00e9s, Equidad de g\u00e9nero y diversidad social, Pedagog\u00eda para instructores preventivo, Planeaci\u00f3n operativa policial, Especializaci\u00f3n en polic\u00eda cibern\u00e9tica, Pedagog\u00eda para instructores custodios, Combate urbano, Control de disturbios civiles, Combate en espacios cerrados, Tiro de reacci\u00f3n, Tiro en movimiento, Curso para mandos, Medicina t\u00e1ctica, Especializaci\u00f3n grupo motorizado y Especializaci\u00f3n K9.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, la presidenta Lili Campos recalc\u00f3 que en Solidaridad se le apost\u00f3 al crecimiento y desarrollo de la seguridad y est\u00e1 dando resultados, pues su gobierno contin\u00faa con la profesionalizaci\u00f3n de la polic\u00eda, recuperando la confianza de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n
