{"id":6475,"date":"2014-03-14T10:56:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-14T16:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/innovatori.space\/lat21\/?p=6475"},"modified":"2014-03-14T10:56:20","modified_gmt":"2014-03-14T16:56:20","slug":"chef-henri-charvet-de-le-basilic-dentro-de-los-50-star-chefs-wine-food-festival","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=6475","title":{"rendered":"Chef Henri Charvet de Le Basilic dentro de los 50 Star Chefs Wine &#038; Food Festival"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Chef-Henri-Charvet.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-6476\" title=\"Chef Henri Charvet\" src=\"http:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Chef-Henri-Charvet-220x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"220\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Uno de los m\u00e1s esperados eventos durante el Wine &amp; Food Festival Canc\u00fan-Riviera Maya, es el de \u201cStar Chefs of America\u201d, que en esta Tercer Edici\u00f3n del festival presenta la gran oportunidad de conocer en persona a los 50 mejores chefs de M\u00e9xico e invitados especiales, que compartir\u00e1n sus platillos insignia a los asistentes, junto con la presencia de reconocidas casas de vino ofreciendo exquisitas catas para completar la experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>Representando al restaurante de Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Canc\u00fan Resort &amp; Spa, el\u00a0<em>Ma\u00eetre Cuisinier de France<\/em>\u00a0Henri Charvet, fue convocado como invitado especial para participar durante los eventos del 2014.<\/p>\n<p>El Restaurante Le Basilic, es altamente reconocido por la experiencia que ofrece, basada en la conjugaci\u00f3n de elementos muy sutiles que se mezclan para deleitar a profundidad el \u00e1nimo de las personas que asisten; comenzando por una atm\u00f3sfera francesa, con excelente servicio, la contemplaci\u00f3n del arte creado al momento por artistas locales, la entonaci\u00f3n de un dueto de jazz en vivo y la magnificencia de su men\u00fa creado por el Chef Henri Charvet.\u00a0 Estos elementos le han otorgado a Le Basilic el reconocimiento AAA 5 Diamantes desde el 2007 por 8 a\u00f1os consecutivos, siendo hoy en d\u00eda uno de los \u00fanicos cinco restaurantes en todo M\u00e9xico con este galard\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Originario de Macon, Francia; desde su juventud demostr\u00f3 habilidades y enorme gusto por la cocina, comenz\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n de M\u00e2connaise au Ch\u00e2teau Saint Jean Le Priche-Sa\u00f4ne et Loire, para culminar con un tour por Europa y todo Francia.\u00a0 En 1965 funda su primer restaurante en Macon, llamado \u201cLa Maison de Bois\u201d, entre 1966 y 1990 crea, abre y adquiere 9 restaurantes m\u00e1s en diferentes regiones de Francia, que gestiona exitosamente durante varios a\u00f1os.\u00a0 En el 2001 \u201cLa Tr\u00e9moille\u201d Hotel sumamente reconocido y de gran prestigio en Par\u00eds solicita a Charvet convertirse en su consultor y consejero.<\/p>\n<p>Es adem\u00e1s Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea de Chefs, para defender los productos agr\u00edcolas de calidad entre otras actividades de consultor\u00eda.\u00a0 En Noviembre del 2002, Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Canc\u00fan Resort &amp; Spa se asocia con el Chef Charvet quien con su asesor\u00eda y participaci\u00f3n directa complementa el desarrollo del nuevo restaurante Le Basilic, que logra ser galardonado con los 5 Diamantes de la AAA por primera vez en el 2007 y que ha logrado mantener de forma consecutiva hasta la fecha.<\/p>\n<p>Ubicado en el estrecho de la mejor playa privada de Canc\u00fan y a unos pasos de los centros m\u00e1s importantes de convenciones, compras y vida nocturna, Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Canc\u00fan Resort &amp; SPA ofrece un ambiente de lujo casual y excelente servicio ganador de m\u00faltiples reconocimientos que transporta el alma hasta la relajaci\u00f3n pura e, igualmente, estimula con su proximidad al vibrante \u00e1rea de la cultura y el entretenimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Sus 602 suites, todas con vista al mar, ofrecen espacioso confort y maravillosas vistas al azul turquesa del Mar Caribe a trav\u00e9s de sus balcones de vista infinita y una decoraci\u00f3n c\u00e1lida y elegante.
