\u25aa Destac\u00f3 que en enero de este a\u00f1o se observ\u00f3 una evoluci\u00f3n favorable de los principales indicadores tur\u00edsticos<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25aa Pablo Azc\u00e1rraga, presidente del CNET, reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo que realizan la SECTUR y el CPTM para la promoci\u00f3n de los destinos<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los buenos resultados del a\u00f1o pasado contin\u00faan en el 2014 y las cifras positivas registradas en enero as\u00ed lo demuestran, afirm\u00f3 el director general del Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de M\u00e9xico (CPTM), Rodolfo L\u00f3pez Negrete.<\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 que el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o fue muy bueno para M\u00e9xico, ya que creci\u00f3 por encima de lo observado en la industria tur\u00edstica a nivel mundial, tanto en la llegada de visitantes como en la derrama.<\/p>\n

Durante la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de la Junta de Gobierno del CPTM, L\u00f3pez Negrete dio a conocer la evoluci\u00f3n favorable de los principales indicadores tur\u00edsticos, como son: ingresos por visitantes internacionales, llegada de turistas extranjeros y ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0La derrama creci\u00f3 17.4 por ciento en enero de este a\u00f1o, respecto al mismo mes del 2013.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0El arribo de visitantes internacionales por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea aument\u00f3 11.8 por ciento en enero, comparado con el mismo periodo del a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Hasta la semana 11 de este a\u00f1o (al 16 de marzo) el n\u00famero de cuartos ocupados promedio se increment\u00f3 en 4.5 por ciento y la ocupaci\u00f3n hotelera promedio creci\u00f3 a 57.8 por ciento.<\/p>\n

En su informe, el director general del CPTM destac\u00f3 que la conectividad a\u00e9rea internacional tambi\u00e9n mantiene un buen ritmo de crecimiento,\u00a0 toda vez que el n\u00famero de vuelos hacia a M\u00e9xico aument\u00f3 5.3 por ciento en enero del 2014, con respecto al mismo mes del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n

El turismo que lleg\u00f3 a M\u00e9xico por v\u00eda a\u00e9rea, apunt\u00f3, aument\u00f3 7.6 por ciento en 2013, tasa superior en 2.6 puntos porcentuales en relaci\u00f3n con el crecimiento registrado por el turismo mundial en el mismo a\u00f1o, el cual se increment\u00f3 a una tasa de 5 por ciento, de acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Turismo (OMT).<\/p>\n

En la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de la Junta de Gobierno del CPTM, Pablo Azc\u00e1rraga, Presidente del Consejo Nacional Empresarial Tur\u00edstico (CNET) celebr\u00f3 los resultados positivos que observaron los indicadores tur\u00edsticos en 2013, y a la buena marcha que ya registran en 2014.<\/p>\n

Resalt\u00f3 la estrategia que han seguido la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo y el CPTM para la promoci\u00f3n de los destinos tur\u00edsticos internacionales y nacionales, y agreg\u00f3 que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os el turismo genera lo que el pa\u00eds necesita para crecer, por lo que es una actividad que debe potencializarse.<\/p>\n

En la sesi\u00f3n, presidida por el Oficial Mayor de la SECTUR, Octavio Mena, tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes, adem\u00e1s de los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno, los subsecretarios de Turismo, Francisco Maass Pe\u00f1a y Salvador S\u00e1nchez Estrada.<\/p>\n
