Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, 23 de noviembre del 2023.- Con la firme intenci\u00f3n de mejorar el trabajo que inspectores del Ayuntamiento ofrecen a la sociedad, el gobierno encabezado por Lili Campos, a trav\u00e9s de la Oficial\u00eda Mayor, instal\u00f3 el \u201cSubcomit\u00e9 de capacitaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Servicio P\u00fablico de Carrera\u201d para los inspectores en materia de desarrollo urbano, protecci\u00f3n civil, fiscalizaci\u00f3n, comercio, transporte, saneamiento ambiental y medio ambiente.<\/p>\n

El titular de la oficial\u00eda mayor y presidente del comit\u00e9 de servicio p\u00fablico de carrera, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Moreno, tom\u00f3 la protesta a todos los integrantes del subcomit\u00e9, asegurando que \u00e9ste se encargar\u00e1 de dise\u00f1ar e implementar un plan integral de capacitaciones para que los inspectores adquieran las competencias necesarias para desempe\u00f1ar sus funciones de manera efectiva.<\/p>\n

La presidenta del subcomit\u00e9, Cinthia Romero afirm\u00f3 que tiene la tarea de formular y proponer pol\u00edticas y directrices para garantizar la efectividad de la capacitaci\u00f3n y profesionalizaci\u00f3n del servicio profesional de carrera, especialmente enfocadas en los inspectores, para garantizar la calidad, seguridad y eficiencia de los productos y servicios que brindan a la poblaci\u00f3n en general.<\/p>\n

Rodolfo del \u00c1ngel Campos, regidor e integrante del Comit\u00e9 de Servicio P\u00fablico de Carrera, record\u00f3 que cualquier persona pod\u00eda ingresar a esas \u00e1reas sin tener los conocimientos, capacitaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica, actualizaci\u00f3n o especializaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, ahora con una verdadera profesionalizaci\u00f3n, todos esos inspectores podr\u00e1n ocupar puestos en las diferentes direcciones, resultado de una capacitaci\u00f3n constante y especializada, as\u00ed como de acreditar las evaluaciones y cubriendo los perfiles.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
