El anuncio fue en una ceremonia en el lujoso hotel Copacabana Palace de R\u00edo de Janeiro; los escogieron\u00a0300 jurados an\u00f3nimos, entre chefs, periodistas gastron\u00f3micos y gourmets.<\/p>\n
En la cima del ranking se ubic\u00f3 Maido,\u00a0de Lima Per\u00fa, elegido como el mejor restaurante de Am\u00e9rica Latina en 2023; sustituy\u00f3 al tambi\u00e9n lime\u00f1o Central, que qued\u00f3 fuera de concurso por haber sido considerado el mejor del mundo este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
