\nPuerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, 7 de diciembre de 2023.- El Cabildo de Puerto Morelos aprob\u00f3, en el marco de su LVI Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, la firma de un convenio de coordinaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n para establecer el \u201cSistema Smart E-Gov Ventanilla \u00danica Digital\u201d, para la agilizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites y servicios que otorga el ayuntamiento.
\nAl respecto, la presidenta municipal Blanca Merari Tziu Mu\u00f1oz se congratul\u00f3 por el acuerdo alcanzado, para avanzar en la digitalizaci\u00f3n, a fin de acelerar la atenci\u00f3n a la ciudadan\u00eda, que acude a realizar tr\u00e1mites municipales, al tiempo de incorporar tecnolog\u00edas que permiten dar mayor transparencia y agilidad a las acciones gubernamentales.
\nEn este punto, la tercera regidora Adriana Nava G\u00f3mez agradeci\u00f3 la suma de voluntades y reconocer a la autoridad municipal por hacer el trabajo conjunto. \u201cLas tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n son un pilar para la modernizaci\u00f3n y para hacer m\u00e1s eficiente el trabajo en el municipio. El portal electr\u00f3nico ser\u00e1 amigable y de f\u00e1cil acceso para los usuarios, lo que de igual forma nos permitir\u00e1 reducir la discrecionalidad y deber\u00e1 verse reflejada en la hacienda municipal\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.
\nAsimismo, durante la LVI Sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo se aprobaron los lineamientos para elaborar el manual de procedimiento de las dependencias y organismos descentralizados de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica del municipio de Puerto Morelos, en cuyo caso ser\u00e1 la Contralor\u00eda Municipal la que se encargar\u00e1 de coordinar los trabajos con las instancias correspondientes para su elaboraci\u00f3n.
