\u2022 El gobierno que encabeza Lili Campos es el \u00fanico en estado en tener un programa integral de inclusi\u00f3n laboral. Reconocieron a las empresas participantes<\/p>\n

Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, 13 de diciembre del 2023.- En el marco de la cuarta reuni\u00f3n con representantes de recursos humanos de empresas, el gobierno municipal dirigido por Lili Campos y a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y de Atracci\u00f3n de Inversiones entreg\u00f3 reconocimientos a diversos negocios por su participaci\u00f3n en iniciativas de empleo inclusivo, como las 11 ferias de empleo inclusivas y en el programa de inclusi\u00f3n laboral.<\/p>\n

El secretario de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y de Atracci\u00f3n de Inversiones Ra\u00fal Aguilar Acosta agradeci\u00f3 y reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo en equipo con el sector empresarial, por participar en los diferentes eventos realizados durante el 2023, como en las 31 ferias laborales, las 11 ferias inclusivas y en el programa de inclusi\u00f3n laboral, destacando el inter\u00e9s conjunto por abrir oportunidades laborales dignas y con prestaciones de ley a los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n

Dagoberto Holgu\u00edn, titular de la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n a Personas con Discapacidad y de la Tercera Edad, resalt\u00f3 que Solidaridad es el \u00fanico municipio en el estado en contar con un programa integral de inclusi\u00f3n laboral, ofrecer capacitaciones en lengua de se\u00f1as, inclusi\u00f3n laboral y en capacitar a empresas para que conozcan los detalles relevantes al contratar a personas con diversas.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, subray\u00f3 que, \u201ctenemos que ser ejemplo de este programa, por lo que se abrieron espacios para inclusi\u00f3n laboral. Actualmente 52 personas con discapacidad desempe\u00f1an roles en \u00e1reas como justicia social, servicios generales y servicios p\u00fablicos\u201d. 130 personas fueron contratadas entre Walmart, Chedraui, Hotel Andas Mayakoba y Hotel Barcel\u00f3.<\/p>\n

En misma reuni\u00f3n, en representaci\u00f3n del director de Administraci\u00f3n, Difusi\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica y Mercadotecnia de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Quintana Roo (UQROO) Campus Canc\u00fan, V\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Gaber Bustillos, Francisco Naranjo Aguirre responsable mercadotecnia y negocios junto con personal acad\u00e9mico de universidad, presentaron los resultados del proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n sobre los problemas de empleabilidad en el municipio.<\/p>\n

En la cuarta sesi\u00f3n estuvieron presentes el secretario de Justicia Social y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana Santiago Ch\u00e1vez, el presidente CANACO SERVYTUR Playa del Carmen Ad\u00e1n Toledo Lucero y la directora de Trabajo y Promoci\u00f3n del Empleo Yuri Mayorga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
