Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, 20 de diciembre del 2023.- El Cabildo de Solidaridad autoriz\u00f3 a la presidenta municipal Lili Campos suscribir y celebrar un convenio con el IMOVEQROO en cuanto a la emisi\u00f3n de licencias y permisos de conducir, adem\u00e1s, en beneficio de las mujeres aprob\u00f3 el nuevo Reglamento del Instituto de las Mujeres.<\/p>\n

Durante los acuerdos de la Quincuag\u00e9sima quinta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de Cabildo, se aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad que Lili Campos, en calidad de presidenta de Solidaridad, y Kira Iris como tesorera, suscriban un convenio de coordinaci\u00f3n para la asunci\u00f3n de facultades en materia de tramitaci\u00f3n en la emisi\u00f3n de permisos y licencias de conducir con el Instituto de Movilidad del Estado de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n

El convenio tiene como objeto principal, establecer los t\u00e9rminos mediante los cuales el IMOVEQROO delega al Ayuntamiento la facultad de recepcionar, registrar y validar la documentaci\u00f3n para la emisi\u00f3n de licencias y permisos de conducir en el Estado de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n

Se record\u00f3 que antes de la publicaci\u00f3n de la Ley General de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial, los Ayuntamientos emit\u00edan las licencias y permisos de conducir, por lo que, el gobierno del Estado en aras de cumplir con la normativa correspondiente en materia de movilidad y seguridad vial y con el objeto de no provocar molestias a los particulares, usuarios y operadores de transporte en el tr\u00e1mite de emisi\u00f3n de las mismas, ha considerado firmar convenios de coordinaci\u00f3n con los Ayuntamientos, que permitan el ahorro de recursos econ\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n

En la misma sesi\u00f3n se aprob\u00f3 el Nuevo Reglamento del Instituto de las Mujeres de Solidaridad. El anterior databa del 8 de marzo del a\u00f1o 2017, al cual no se le realiz\u00f3 modificaci\u00f3n alguna, raz\u00f3n por la que se promovi\u00f3 realizar una renovaci\u00f3n de su contenido.<\/p>\n

Al respecto, la edil afirm\u00f3 que con esta aprobaci\u00f3n se cuidan y protegen los derechos de las mujeres, as\u00ed como de la violencia. \u201cEs un paso importante, de todos los involucrados en el tema y muchos m\u00e1s que fueron escuchadas para adecuar este reglamento a las necesidades de nuestro municipio\u201d mencion\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
