{"id":67404,"date":"2023-12-01T10:24:12","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T15:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=67404"},"modified":"2024-01-02T10:25:41","modified_gmt":"2024-01-02T15:25:41","slug":"inteligencia-artificial-y-consumidores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=67404","title":{"rendered":"Inteligencia artificial y consumidores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>El boom de la creaci\u00f3n de contenidos de marketing a trav\u00e9s de las innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas detona la intenci\u00f3n de compra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El crecimiento explosivo de las herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (IA) generativa para crear contenido nuevo, como audio, c\u00f3digo, im\u00e1genes, texto, simulaciones y videos est\u00e1n impulsando hasta 20% el \u00e9xito de muchos negocios en la venta de productos y servicios.<\/p>\n<p>No es de extra\u00f1ar, pues la inteligencia artificial se convirti\u00f3 en una herramienta necesaria para el estudio y comprensi\u00f3n del comportamiento del consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>Con ella se pueden compilar y analizar datos en grandes cantidades y as\u00ed llegar a entender las necesidades y comportamientos de compras para tomar decisiones que ayuden a la captaci\u00f3n de clientes y llegar con los mensajes correctos a la audiencia.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La inteligencia artificial se alimenta del procesamiento de datos y utiliza el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico, por lo que puede identificar patrones y\/o tendencias en datos que pueden ser imperceptibles para la recolecci\u00f3n de datos humanizada.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Con estos resultados y ante contextos desafiantes y de alta competencia, como la temporada de compras de fin de a\u00f1o, la Inteligencia Artificial se posiciona como un aliado poderoso de las empresas que quieren promover el descubrimiento, conectar con los consumidores, impulsar el rendimiento de las campa\u00f1as y aumentar las conversiones.<\/p>\n<p>Baste decir que la Navidad pasada, seg\u00fan el estudio \u201cTemporada de compras de fin de a\u00f1o 2022\u201d de YouGov, los mexicanos descubrieron (68%) y compraron (79%) m\u00e1s de la mitad de los servicios y productos que se ofrecieron durante los \u00faltimos 2 meses del a\u00f1o. Para la primera temporada de compras de fin de a\u00f1o impulsada por IA, se espera que estas cifras aumenten de forma importante.<\/p>\n<p><a
