Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, 14 de enero del 2024.- La primera etapa de la electrificaci\u00f3n subterr\u00e1nea de la colonia Cristo Rey beneficiar\u00e1 a 534 lotes habitacionales y deber\u00e1 estar lista para julio pr\u00f3ximo, inform\u00f3 la presidenta Lili Campos durante un recorrido por el lugar acompa\u00f1ada por colonos. Adelant\u00f3 que este es el inicio que permitir\u00e1 pavimentaci\u00f3n de calles y banquetas.<\/p>\n

La presidenta municipal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, con la gesti\u00f3n de la secretaria de Infraestructura y Obra P\u00fablica, Teresita Flota, ante la CFE se concret\u00f3 el hist\u00f3rico convenio bipartita entre esa paraestatal y el Ayuntamiento de Solidaridad, aportando partes iguales. \u201cTambi\u00e9n se realiza el proceso administrativo para una segunda etapa; Cristo Rey se convertir\u00e1 en colonia moderna, modelo y segura ante las inclemencias del tiempo\u201d enfatiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Lili Campos afirm\u00f3 a los colonos que conforme los trabajos de electrificaci\u00f3n terminen, comenzar\u00e1 la pavimentaci\u00f3n de las arterias importantes y construcci\u00f3n de las banquetas de Cristo Rey, ello para evitar romperlas para introducci\u00f3n de tuber\u00eda o cableado. \u201cComo gobierno, ya contamos con las escrituras de las vialidades de Cristo Rey, han sido municipalizadas, por eso ahora podemos invertir en la infraestructura que ustedes necesitan\u201d les explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

La edil record\u00f3 que estos servicios se sumar\u00e1n a los trabajos de drenaje, tema abordado de manera efectiva por la empresa concesionaria Aguakan, quien puso en operaci\u00f3n la planta de tratamiento, beneficiando a una tercera parte de los residentes de Cristo Rey. Otra demanda ciudadana fue la solicitud de una cancha deportiva, la cual fue construida en meses pasados en beneficio de deportistas de esa comunidad.<\/p>\n

Durante el recorrido se inform\u00f3 que los trabajos de introducci\u00f3n de la tuber\u00eda subterr\u00e1nea presentan un avance de 800 metros lineales, teniendo considerado colocar transformadores de pedestal, muretes en cada lote habitacional ocupado, dejando preparadas las tomas para predios bald\u00edos y evitar que los trabajos causen deterioro de la vialidad o banquetas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
