<\/a><\/p>\nPlaya del Carmen, Solidaridad, 19 de enero del 2024.- En la quincuag\u00e9sima s\u00e9ptima Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria del Ayuntamiento de Solidaridad, presidida por Lili Campos, se aprobaron beneficios para la regularizaci\u00f3n y tenencia de la tierra, y dar certeza jur\u00eddica a las familias de Cristo Rey.<\/p>\n
En su intervenci\u00f3n, la presidenta Lili Campos enfatiz\u00f3: \u00abesta sesi\u00f3n es importante y trascendente porque estamos hablando de la certeza jur\u00eddica; hoy estamos construyendo para que pronto tengan su tan anhelada escritura, es un acto de justicia social que favorecer\u00e1 a habitantes de Cristo Rey\u00bb.<\/p>\n
El cabildo aprob\u00f3 el acuerdo con car\u00e1cter de urgente y obvia resoluci\u00f3n, para autorizar que la presidenta municipal Lili Campos, al s\u00edndico Adri\u00e1n P\u00e9rez, a la tesorera Kira Iris y a Genny Perera Oficial Mayor, suscribir a nombre del municipio el Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n para la gesti\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n del suelo.<\/p>\n
El convenio abarcar\u00e1 diferentes tipos y modalidades, as\u00ed como el otorgamiento del Mandato a T\u00edtulo Gratuito y con Poder Limitado, ambos documentos con el Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable (INSUS).<\/p>\n
Cabe mencionar que el objeto principal es planear, dise\u00f1ar, dirigir, promover, convenir y ejecutar programas, proyectos, estrategias, acciones, obras e inversiones relativos a la gesti\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n del suelo, con criterios de desarrollo territorial, planificado y sustentable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
