{"id":68727,"date":"2024-02-03T15:39:19","date_gmt":"2024-02-03T20:39:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=68727"},"modified":"2024-02-03T15:39:43","modified_gmt":"2024-02-03T20:39:43","slug":"exitosa-9a-feria-del-tamal-y-del-atole-en-playa-del-carmen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=68727","title":{"rendered":"Exitosa 9\u00aa Feria del Tamal y del Atole en Playa del Carmen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 73 comerciantes ofrecieron tamales de diversas partes del pa\u00eds<\/p>\n<p>Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad 3 de febrero del 2024.- Con la participaci\u00f3n de 73 comerciantes y la venta de tamales de diversas partes de la Rep\u00fablica como Oaxaca, Veracruz, Tabasco, Chiapas, Yucat\u00e1n, entre otros, la presidenta Lili Campos aplaudi\u00f3 que en Solidaridad se contin\u00fae con esta tradici\u00f3n, pues en este D\u00eda de la Candelaria se llev\u00f3 a cabo con un rotundo \u00e9xito, la 9\u00aa Feria del Tamal y del Atole en la renovada Plaza 28 de Julio, misma que incentiva el comercio local.<\/p>\n<p>La presidenta Lili Campos recorri\u00f3 por los m\u00e1s de 70 stands donde felicit\u00f3 a los comerciantes por ser part\u00edcipes de esta tradici\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s degust\u00f3 de diversos tamales entre dulces y salados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta feria ha sido organizada por la maestra Angelita Canul y el chef H\u00e9ctor Escobedo desde hace nueve a\u00f1os donde lo importante es la sana convivencia. Pero tambi\u00e9n te da la oportunidad de conocer otro tipo de tamales ya sea de otro estado o incluso de otro pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta serie de eventos, Lili Campos dijo que se est\u00e1 construyendo un Solidaridad de tradiciones y de cultura d\u00e1ndole la seriedad a la gastronom\u00eda mexicana, por lo que estas actividades permiten presumir y hacer de esta feria una noticia local, nacional e incluso internacional, ofreciendo un plus m\u00e1s como destino tur\u00edstico a visitantes.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el concurso al mejor tamal en donde se inscribieron 37 participantes siendo el ganador del primer lugar C\u00e9sar Romero con un tamal veracruzano, siendo as\u00ed acreedor al premio de 10 mil pesos, Raquel Rangel gan\u00f3 el segundo lugar con un tamal de miel y obteniendo el premio de 7 mil pesos y el tercer lugar fue para Jes\u00fas Rangel con un tamal chilango recibiendo su premio de 5 mil pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Luis Alfredo Garc\u00eda D\u00edaz fue el ganador del concurso del comel\u00f3n de tamal donde comi\u00f3 seis de los ocho tamales, ganando as\u00ed el premio de 3 mil
