Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, Q. Roo a 6 de febrero de 2024.- Compartiendo un mensaje impactante a la sociedad, un grupo de mujeres sobrevivientes de c\u00e1ncer de mama, se reuni\u00f3 en Puerto Aventuras para participar en el Festival Rosa Mexicano, que tuvo como evento final una competencia de botes en los que participaron equipos de M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1, en un ambiente de celebraci\u00f3n, convivencia y aprendizaje.<\/p>\n

Durante cuatro d\u00edas, las mujeres compartieron experiencias, tuvieron convivencia e impartieron conferencias y talleres con diversos temas como oncolog\u00eda, psicolog\u00eda, fisioterapia, nutrici\u00f3n y bote drag\u00f3n, fue un tiempo en el que los participantes recibieron una dosis de fuerza y \u00e1nimo para seguir disfrutando la vida al m\u00e1ximo, cabe destacar que se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del distinguido doctor Donald McKenzie, quien es experto en oncolog\u00eda y medicina deportiva.<\/p>\n

Las competencias de remo se desarrollaron en el majestuoso mar turquesa, los resultados fueron los siguientes: 2,000 metros, primer lugar Linked In Pinks (Estados Unidos), segundo lugar Samchak Kukulcan (M\u00e9xico), tercer lugar Busting Out (Canad\u00e1); 500 mettros, primer lugar Linked In Pinks (Estados Unidos), segundo lugar Busting Out (Canad\u00e1), tercer lugar Samchak Kukulcan (M\u00e9xico); 200 metros, primer lugar Samchak Kukulcan (M\u00e9xico), segundo lugar Linked In Pink (Estados Unidos), tercer lugar Busting Out (Canad\u00e1).<\/p>\n

El Lic. Amador Guti\u00e9rrez Guigui, director general del Instituto del Deporte Municipal, agradeci\u00f3 a los organizadores del evento por considerar a Solidaridad como sede de la reuni\u00f3n de mujeres cuyo testimonio de vida es impactante y motivante, destac\u00f3 que es un orgullo saber que el club Puerto Aventuras Dragon Boat es de casa y d\u00eda a d\u00eda luchan por compartir un mensaje de esperanza a las mujeres que sufren por el c\u00e1ncer y que puedan encontrar en el deporte una herramienta de apoyo para seguir adelante.<\/p>\n
