CHETUMAL, Quintana Roo<\/strong>, 26 de noviembre.\u2014 El gobernador Roberto Borge Angulo<\/strong> inaugur\u00f3 y entreg\u00f3 al titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo<\/strong> de Quintana Roo, Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Hern\u00e1ndez, las nuevas oficinas de la dependencia, ubicadas en el Centro Internacional de Negocios y Convenciones<\/strong> de esta ciudad, en cuya adecuaci\u00f3n se invirtieron m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n 400 mil pesos.<\/p>\n

Acompa\u00f1ado por el presidente municipal, Carlos Mario Villanueva Tenorio, el jefe del Ejecutivo cort\u00f3 el list\u00f3n inaugural de las oficinas, recorri\u00f3 las instalaciones y refrend\u00f3 su compromiso de trabajar de la mano con los empresarios tur\u00edsticos del Estado.\u2014Vamos a trabajar muy coordinadamente para atraer m\u00e1s turismo a la capital del Estado, Mahahual y Bacalar<\/strong> \u2014dijo\u2014. En este momento, en el norte del Estado, la Riviera Maya<\/strong> tiene 72 por ciento de ocupaci\u00f3n y se espera que para el periodo vacacional de diciembre llegue al cien por ciento.<\/p>\n

De la misma manera, dijo que se trabaja en el proyecto de modernizaci\u00f3n de la avenida H\u00e9roes, la ampliaci\u00f3n e iluminaci\u00f3n del Boulevard Bah\u00eda y dar movimiento y hacer operativo al Centro Convenciones.<\/p>\n

\u2014Vamos a invertir en Mahahual en infraestructura, en escuelas, a construir un domo deportivo, mejorar el esquema del malec\u00f3n \u2014a\u00f1adi\u00f3\u2014. Mi gobierno va a trabajar para atraer m\u00e1s vuelos, m\u00e1s inversi\u00f3n hotelera<\/strong> para que en un futuro traigamos convenciones.<\/p>\n

El secretario de Turismo, Juan Carlos Gonz\u00e1lez Hern\u00e1ndez, por su parte, agradeci\u00f3 al gobernador Roberto Borge las nuevas oficinas y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se acelerar\u00e1n proyectos y programas en beneficio del sector turismo de la entidad y, de manera especial, se dar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n directa a los prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos del centro y sur del Estado.<\/p>\n

En este marco inform\u00f3 que en 2011 Quintana Roo recibi\u00f3 a casi 15 millones de visitantes, precis\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o se espera cerrar con 17 millones, gracias al trabajo del gobernador<\/strong> Roberto Borge Angulo, que mantiene a Quintana Roo como el mejor destino tur\u00edstico de M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ra\u00fal Andrade, subsecretario de Planeaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo, dijo que las nuevas oficinas albergar\u00e1n a 100 trabajadores<\/strong> de las \u00e1reas administrativa, recursos humanos, materiales, financieros, control presupuestal, enlace administrativo, direcci\u00f3n de capacitaci\u00f3n y cultura tur\u00edstica, capacitaci\u00f3n, calidad y certificaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis normativo, relaciones interinstitucionales, orientaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n al turismo.<\/p>\n

En el evento se dieron cita el secretario de Gobierno, Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Flores; Eduardo Patr\u00f3n Azueta, de Educaci\u00f3n; Rafael Alpuche Delgado, de Salud; Andr\u00e9s Ruiz Morcillo, de Seplader, y la diputada Alondra Herrera Pav\u00f3n, empresarios, tour-operadores, hoteleros y restauranteros, entre otros.<\/p>\n
