Canc\u00fan, Quintana Roo, a 12 de marzo, 2024.- <\/em>The Dolphin Company<\/strong>, operador de parques con presencia mundial, anunci\u00f3 que su programa integral Dolphin Cares<\/strong> fue reconocido como la Mejor Estrategia de Salud y Bienestar<\/strong> en la categor\u00eda de \u201cPrograma de Bienestar\u201d <\/strong>de los Brass Ring Awards <\/strong>en la divisi\u00f3n de Human Resource Excellence.<\/strong> Esta premiaci\u00f3n fue llevada a cabo como parte de los Premios<\/strong> IAAPA Honors <\/strong>que se llevaron a cabo el pasado 3 de marzo en Las Vegas, Nevada. El galard\u00f3n fue recibido gracias a su compromiso con los colaboradores y colaboradoras de la empresa y a la asesor\u00eda de Universal Wellness<\/strong>, su consultor\u00eda en bienestar.<\/p>\n

Cada a\u00f1o, la Asociaci\u00f3n Internacional de Parques de Diversiones y Atracciones<\/strong> (IAAPA, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) reconoce los logros significativos de la industria a nivel mundial. Los IAAPA Brass Ring Excellence Awards<\/strong> reconocen y honran logros destacados de numerosas categor\u00edas, incluidas Recursos Humanos, dentro de la cual, The Dolphin Company<\/strong> fue galardonado con su programa Dolphin Cares<\/strong>, el cual tiene como objetivo mejorar la calidad de vida de sus colaboradores abarcando tres factores principales: Bienestar f\u00edsico, higiene mental y armon\u00eda social.<\/p>\n
