Con total \u00e9xito se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Festival Parrillero del Caribe, que tuvo como sede el Acamaya Weddings, en el que participaron 20 restaurantes parrilleros y chefs invitados de otras entidades, todo combinado con m\u00fasica en vivo, bebidas y un gran ambiente al lado de la playa.<\/p>\n

\n-Gracias a este tipo de eventos, Puerto Morelos se consolida como un destino gastron\u00f3mico de excelencia en Quintana Roo, comentaron autoridades de turismo de la localidad, al agradecer a los organizadores por nuevamente llevar a cabo tan importante punto de reuni\u00f3n de chefs y comensales.<\/p>\n

-De acuerdo con las cifras del comit\u00e9 organizador, acudieron alrededor de 400 personas, entre residentes de este municipio, visitantes de ciudades vecinas y turistas que vacacionan en el destino. Adem\u00e1s, se tuvo la participaci\u00f3n de artesanos de la cabecera municipal, la Ruta de los Cenotes y la comunidad de Leona Vicario.<\/p>\n

\n-Las autoridades municipales de turismo tambi\u00e9n felicitaron a los chefs que se dieron cita durante el Festival y agradecieron a los estudiantes de la Universidad Vizcaya de las Am\u00e9ricas, campus Playa del Carmen, por su invaluable apoyo para que este evento resultara todo un \u00e9xito, en beneficio de los restauranteros locales, del destino tur\u00edstico y de las familias portomorelenses.<\/p>\n

-Recordaron que apenas en febrero pasado Puerto Morelos tambi\u00e9n fue sede del Tercer Festival Gastron\u00f3mico del Caribe Mexicano, que reuni\u00f3 durante dos d\u00edas a m\u00e1s de 5 mil personas atra\u00eddas por los platillos que se preparan en los 12 destinos tur\u00edsticos de Quintana Roo, incluidos los de las cocineras tradicionales de la entidad.<\/p>\n

\n-Cabe mencionar que los asistentes tuvieron la oportunidad de degustar una variedad de carnes tradicionales como cerdo, res, pollo y pescado, adem\u00e1s de avestruz, b\u00fafalo y codorniz, preparadas a la parrilla, en brasas y ahumadas, entre otras t\u00e9cnicas culinarias, todo en un gran ambiente familiar.<\/p>\n
