<\/a><\/p>\nChetumal.- La gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa anunci\u00f3 que se concret\u00f3 la actualizaci\u00f3n y emisi\u00f3n del decreto de Zona Libre para Chetumal.<\/p>\n
Afirm\u00f3 que con esta gran noticia, a partir de la emisi\u00f3n del decreto se cuenta con incentivos fiscales muy importantes, para personas f\u00edsicas y morales que decidan dedicarse al giro de la importaci\u00f3n y acrediten los requisitos necesarios.<\/p>\n
Mara Lezama dio a conocer que despu\u00e9s de varios meses de trabajo, y reuniones encabezadas por el presidente de la Rep\u00fablica Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, en las que particip\u00f3 el Gobierno del Estado de Quintana Roo, la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda de M\u00e9xico, el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT), la Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica del Ejecutivo Federal y la Procuradur\u00eda Fiscal de la Federaci\u00f3n, ahora se contar\u00e1 con un est\u00edmulo fiscal del 100% en el IVA, ISR e Impuestos Aduanales y relacionados con la importaci\u00f3n de bienes y productos para todas las personas f\u00edsicas que se dediquen a la importaci\u00f3n y que no rebasen ingresos anuales por 5 millones de pesos, mientras que el tope ser\u00e1 de 50 millones de pesos en ingresos anuales para las personas morales, dentro de las zonas designadas por el gobierno del estado en el territorio del Municipio de Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco, empezando con la zona espec\u00edfica del pol\u00edgono del Tianguis del Bienestar \u201cYum Kaax\u201d.<\/p>\n
Este decreto permitir\u00e1 la reactivaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda en el municipio de Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco y una mayor recaudaci\u00f3n que generar\u00e1 beneficios especialmente en la capital Chetumal, buscando que se convierta en un polo de desarrollo comercial, industrial y tur\u00edstico para el Sur-Sureste del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que se les otorgar\u00e1n est\u00edmulos fiscales por medio de este decreto, declarando a Oth\u00f3n P. Blanco como zona franca, firmado por el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador.<\/p>\n
\u201cCon este decreto, escribiremos otra bella p\u00e1gina en la historia de nuestro estado, principalmente en la capital, que gozar\u00e1 de estos est\u00edmulos fiscales y la detonaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda local\u201d puntualiz\u00f3 la titular del Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n
