<\/a><\/p>\n\u201cEl Cedral es una palabra profunda para cada cozumele\u00f1o. Es un sentimiento, una acci\u00f3n, un don, que se lleva en el coraz\u00f3n y en el alma. La danza es una celebraci\u00f3n de la vida, ayuda a fortalecer el sentido de comunidad, ese que jam\u00e1s debemos perder y que nos permite mantener viva esta tradici\u00f3n que perdurar\u00e1 de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n. Celebremos con dicha, esta fiesta, que es algarab\u00eda y regocijo. Es el esp\u00edritu cozumele\u00f1o que transpira la esencia de su pueblo\u201d expres\u00f3 la titular del Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n
La fiesta del Cedral representa impulsar y fomentar las tradiciones y costumbres de la isla, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n crear nuevas actividades que ayuden a diversificar la oferta de atractivos para estimular la llegada de m\u00e1s visitantes en esta nueva era del turismo en Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n
En la actualidad, la fiesta en honor a la Santa Cruz de Sab\u00e1n se encuentra declarada como Patrimonio Cultural Intangible del Estado de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n
