Desde su oficina con vista al mar, Irma Alviso supervisa las actividades del d\u00eda para la empresa Albatros, dedicada a la renta de embarcaciones de lujo, y a la que pertenece desde hace ocho a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Su sonrisa fresca y trato cordial han sido su mejor tarjeta de presentaci\u00f3n como directora de ventas, actitudes que le valieron ser el Alma del Negocio de la empresa que vio crecer y se convirti\u00f3 en parte importante de su vida.<\/p>\n

\u201cCuando llegu\u00e9 invitada por el director Manuel Linss, Albatros ten\u00eda seis meses de haber iniciado operaciones. Confiaron en mi trabajo y yo en ellos; fue una bendici\u00f3n porque la empresa pertenece a una familia cancunense con mucho amor hacia Canc\u00fan, excelente trato y reconocimiento para sus colaboradores. En lo particular me permitieron desarrollarme y crecer junto con la empresa, a la que siento como un hogar\u201d, comenta.<\/p>\n

El primer encuentro de Irma con Canc\u00fan fue en 1988 cuando decidi\u00f3 visitar a sus padres, quienes ya resid\u00edan en el \u201cpara\u00edso\u201d. \u201cEn ese entonces yo segu\u00eda viviendo en mi ciudad natal, Monclova, Coahuila; viaj\u00e9 a Canc\u00fan y como les pasa a muchas personas decid\u00ed quedarme en este lugar maravilloso donde form\u00e9 una familia; mi hija es 100% cancunense porque aqu\u00ed naci\u00f3\u201d, agrega.<\/p>\n

Pese a su familiaridad con el desierto coahuilense, Irma se enamor\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente del mar y todas sus actividades. Antes de ser parte de la familia Albatros labor\u00f3 para la empresa Aqua World y Blue Water, actualmente Aqua Tours.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsas experiencias me ayudaron a abrirme paso y dedicarme a las ventas en Albatros. En estos a\u00f1os he aprendido muchas cosas, entre ellas que a todas las personas que nos rodean hay que tratarlas como si fueran nuestros clientes, en el sentido de que siempre les damos lo mejor, as\u00ed debe ser con nuestros familiares y colaborados en todos los aspectos.
