Adem\u00e1s, seis restaurantes recibieron la Estrella Verde Michelin por su compromiso con la sostenibilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los inspectores de la gu\u00eda recorrieron diferentes regiones, buscando las mejores experiencias culinarias, con base en sus cinco criterios universales: Calidad de los productos, Dominio de las t\u00e9cnicas culinarias,
