Chetumal.- La Agencia de Proyectos Estrat\u00e9gicos del Estado de Quintana Roo (AGEPRO), en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Federaci\u00f3n y siguiendo las Instrucciones de la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa, de trabajar para mejorar el ingreso de las familias de la zona lim\u00edtrofe.<\/p>\n

En este contexto, se gestion\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n de 3.1 hect\u00e1reas en la localidad de Nicol\u00e1s Bravo para la construcci\u00f3n del Mercado del Bienestar Maya, con una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n

Actualmente el proyecto tiene un avance del 82.5%, una obra que realiza la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU). El Mercado del Bienestar Maya busca integrar a productores agropecuarios y artesanos de la regi\u00f3n a los beneficios tur\u00edsticos del Tren Maya, en apego con el Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo.<\/p>\n

Este proyecto se encuentra estrat\u00e9gicamente ubicado a menos de 1 kil\u00f3metro de la estaci\u00f3n del Tren Maya y a tan solo 3 kil\u00f3metros de la poblaci\u00f3n de Nicol\u00e1s Bravo.<\/p>\n
