\nEl Cabildo aprob\u00f3 el aceptar en donaci\u00f3n diversos predios por parte del ‘Ejido Playa del Carmen’. Los predios del acuerdo relativos a los proyectos \u201cFraccionamiento Joya Real\u201d y \u201cFraccionamiento y\/o Condominio Fundadores\u201d se donar\u00e1 a favor del Municipio de Solidaridad mediante Escritura P\u00fablica de donaci\u00f3n que han de celebrarse entre la persona moral denominada \u201cEjido Playa del Carmen\u201d y el Municipio ambos por conducto de sus representantes.
