Canc\u00fan.- La gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa entreg\u00f3 219 t\u00edtulos de propiedad que dan bienestar social a igual n\u00famero de familias que hasta hace 40 a\u00f1os hab\u00edan liquidado y no hab\u00edan obtenido sus escrituras.<\/p>\n

Al inicio de la administraci\u00f3n, y con base en el Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo, Mara Lezama instruy\u00f3 terminar con este rezago con certeza jur\u00eddica para las familias.<\/p>\n

La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Territorial Urbano Sustentable (SEDETUS), la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno y el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad sumaron esfuerzos en apoyo a la econom\u00eda de los m\u00e1s pobres. Para ellos los t\u00edtulos de propiedad tuvieron recibi\u00f3 un subsidio de 7 mil 57 pesos. Esto suma 1 mill\u00f3n 545 mil 483 pesos por los 219 t\u00edtulos entregados.<\/p>\n

El parque los Gemelos de Canc\u00fan Mara Lezama entreg\u00f3 directamente, sin intermediarios y en territorio, las escrituras.<\/p>\n

\u201cDetr\u00e1s de cada t\u00edtulo, de cada documento, hay una historia y una raz\u00f3n que con mucho esfuerzo se escribi\u00f3; de perseverancia en el ahorro, de sacrificio al dejar de gastar en otras cosas, de superaci\u00f3n personal, de amor hacia los suyos y hoy ese inmueble que tanto trabajo les ha costado adquirir ya es oficialmente suyo\u201d les dijo Mara Lezama.<\/p>\n

De los 219 t\u00edtulos entregados hoy, 205 son de Canc\u00fan, 3 de Isla Mujeres, 3 de Playa del Carmen y 8 de puerto Morelos. Adem\u00e1s, 58 est\u00e1n registrados a nombre de una mujer, 41 de un hombre, y 120 est\u00e1n registrado a nombre de ambos.<\/p>\n
