firmado por el chef Alan Carias.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que \u201cJack y Las Habichuelas M\u00e1gicas\u201d llegaron convertidos en una fresca ensalada ni\u00e7oise con trucha y hueva; \u201cLa Bella Durmiente\u201d, en una rosa de kampachi en salsa verde; \u201cHansel y Gretel\u201d protagonizaron una totoaba en salsa de cebolla, kombu, queso comt\u00e9 y trufa; \u201cBlanca Nieves y Los Siete Enanos\u201d brillaron en una manzana y manzanilla; \u201cLos Tres Cochinitos\u201d, como no pod\u00eda ser de otro modo, llegaron con un platillo de cerdo en tres texturas; y para un cierre memorable, \u201cCaperucita Roja\u201d convertida en una tartaleta de chocolate rub\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/DSC09327.jpg\" evento, en el restaurante Autor del hotel, fue el segundo de los cuatro programados para el resto del a\u00f1o, con los pr\u00f3ximos previstos para agosto y octubre.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCada plato es una obra de arte que combina sabores mexicanos, europeos y toques asi\u00e1ticos: desde bocados exquisitos hasta presentaciones cautivadoras, cada elemento est\u00e1 meticulosamente trabajado para transportar a nuestros comensales a un mundo de fantas\u00eda y delicias gastron\u00f3micas\u201d, se\u00f1ala Carias, quien, junto con Cort\u00e1zar, han encontrado una nueva y deliciosa forma de
