Abarcando licencias de construcci\u00f3n para casas habitaci\u00f3n, de construcci\u00f3n para fines distintos a casa habitaci\u00f3n, sanciones por construir sin licencia, derechos en materia de licencias de demolici\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n de construcci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como planeaci\u00f3n urbana.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, contempla incentivos para anuncios publicitarios y derechos por expedici\u00f3n de constancia de uso de suelo giro comercial.
