Los chiles en nogada tienen un profundo significado hist\u00f3rico. Se dice que fueron servidos a Don Agust\u00edn de Iturbide en 1821, en la Ciudad de Puebla, tras la firma de los Tratados de C\u00f3rdoba que llevaron a la independencia de M\u00e9xico. Este platillo no solo representa una delicia gastron\u00f3mica, sino tambi\u00e9n los colores de la bandera mexicana: verde, blanco y rojo.<\/p>\n

La temporada de chiles en nogada es limitada, solo de julio a septiembre, cuando los ingredientes frescos est\u00e1n disponibles. Esta receta, larga y compleja, se realiza con productos frescos provenientes de Calpan, Puebla, lo que garantiza su autenticidad y calidad.<\/p>\n
