Canc\u00fan, Q. R., a 06 de agosto de 2024.- Como parte del impulso al deporte local y a la transformaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura deportiva en la ciudad, la Presidenta Municipal, Ana Paty Peralta, junto a la gobernadora Mara Lezama, inauguraron la Unidad Deportiva de la Supermanzana 21, que beneficiar\u00e1 directamente a m\u00e1s de 10 mil deportistas, fortaleciendo la actividad f\u00edsica, promoviendo un mayor bienestar social para las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes cancunenses.<\/p>\n

\u201cHoy esta unidad deportiva toma forma con canchas de pasto sint\u00e9tico tama\u00f1o profesional, canchas de tenis, ba\u00f1os, iluminaci\u00f3n y andadores para todos los cancunenses y miles de deportistas de diferentes partes de M\u00e9xico\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 frente a ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes, padres de familia y entrenadores de 17 estados del pa\u00eds, quienes fueron los encargados de estrenar las instalaciones con el Torneo Nacional Sub 9.<\/p>\n

Enfatiz\u00f3 que estas obras marcan un antes y un despu\u00e9s para quienes competir\u00e1n en las nuevas canchas de pasto sint\u00e9tico \u201cGuillermo Ca\u00f1edo\u201d y \u201cCozumel\u201d, por ello, exhort\u00f3 a las y los atletas y sus familias a unirse para proteger y mantener estos espacios, garantizando su durabilidad y asegurando que las futuras generaciones disfruten de instalaciones de calidad.<\/p>\n

A su vez, Mara Lezama mencion\u00f3 que cuando se apuesta por el deporte, el gobierno invierte en el pleno desarrollo de la ni\u00f1ez y las juventudes, por ello, celebr\u00f3 que el gobierno municipal priorice la renovaci\u00f3n de espacios que impulsen la sana convivencia y las buenas pr\u00e1cticas.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el titular del Instituto Municipal del Deporte (IMD), Alejandro Luna L\u00f3pez, inform\u00f3 que con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 25 millones de pesos, se atiende un \u00e1rea fundamental de la Unidad Deportiva, con lo que se consolida a la Supermanzana 21, como la Supermanzana del deporte.<\/p>\n

Luego del acto protocolario, se efectu\u00f3 el tradicional corte del list\u00f3n que marc\u00f3 la reinauguraci\u00f3n oficial del recinto, para proceder a estrenar las instalaciones con el saque inicial del Torneo Nacional Sub 9, a cargo de la Presidenta Municipal y la Gobernadora.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, durante el recorrido por las instalaciones para constatar la obra, Ana Paty Peralta y Mara Lezama, al visitar las renovadas canchas de tenis \u201cPancho Contreras\u201d, se sumaron a las y los tenistas para realizar unos saques, comprobando la calidad de las instalaciones y conviviendo con las y los deportistas.<\/p>\n
