Canc\u00fan, Q. R., a 17 de agosto de 2024.- Con el firme prop\u00f3sito de seguir transformando las calles y avenidas de la ciudad, para llevar bienestar y mejorar la calidad de vida de los cancunenses, la Presidenta Municipal, Ana Paty Peralta, anunci\u00f3 el arranque de las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de pavimento de las calles Amanecer, Crep\u00fasculo y Eclipse, ubicadas en la Supermanzana 44.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cEste es el gobierno con mayor inversi\u00f3n en obra p\u00fablica en la historia de nuestro municipio y as\u00ed seguiremos, porque queremos continuar transformando nuestra ciudad, renov\u00e1ndola, no solamente en algunas zonas de Canc\u00fan, para todas y para todos, esa es la visi\u00f3n en nuestro gobierno, hacer acciones que marquen la diferencia y que se vayan transformando las colonias\u201d, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, expres\u00f3 que esta obra integral se realizar\u00e1 con recursos recaudados a trav\u00e9s del Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental, y beneficiar\u00e1 directamente a m\u00e1s de 9 mil cancunenses. \u201cEn mi gobierno, y en el de la gobernadora Mara Lezama, impulsamos el modelo de prosperidad compartida, que la derrama por el turismo se refleje en la ciudad y en una mejor calidad de vida para todos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el secretario municipal de Obras P\u00fablicas y Servicios, Salvador Diego Alarc\u00f3n, anunci\u00f3 que el proyecto incluir\u00e1 m\u00e1s de 9 mil metros cuadrados de concreto, seis pozos de absorci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de se\u00f1al\u00e9tica horizontal y vertical, con el objetivo de evitar encharcamientos, facilitar la movilidad y garantizar la seguridad tanto de peatones como de automovilistas.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, subray\u00f3 la colaboraci\u00f3n de Aguakan para renovar todas sus l\u00edneas de tuber\u00edas en el \u00e1rea previo a la obra, asegurando un eficiente servicio de drenaje y agua potable.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, el presidente del Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social, Marbel Mart\u00ednez Ru\u00edz, dio un mensaje de agradecimiento hacia las autoridades por haber priorizado la atenci\u00f3n de esta zona, la cual, durante m\u00faltiples administraciones hab\u00eda sido dejada en el olvido, y destac\u00f3 la relevancia de este proyecto para la comunidad.<\/p>\n

Con un emotivo banderazo, autoridades municipales, integrantes del Comit\u00e9 de Contralor\u00eda Social y vecinos dieron formalmente inicio a las obras de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, marcando el comienzo de una nueva etapa de renovaci\u00f3n y mejoramiento para la zona.<\/p>\n

\u2022 9,228.72 metros cuadrados de construcci\u00f3n de carpeta de concreto asf\u00e1ltico de 5 cm. de espesor.
\n\u2022 2,128 mil\u00edmetros de aplicaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al\u00e9tica horizontal.
\n\u2022 13 piezas de colocaci\u00f3n de se\u00f1al\u00e9tica vertical.
