Chefs, sommeliers y mix\u00f3logos de renombre, convivieron con los asistentes al World Tasting Village, una plataforma internacional que reuni\u00f3 lo mejor de la oferta culinaria de M\u00e9xico y Quintana Roo<\/em><\/p>\n

Una experiencia \u00fanica, para el deleite de los sentidos, fue lo que ofreci\u00f3 la edici\u00f3n 2024 del World Tasting Village, un evento \u00fanico en el que los asistentes disfrutaron de una impresionante selecci\u00f3n de vinos, gastronom\u00eda internacional y un ambiente lleno de sabor y cultura, aderezado con moda, m\u00fasica y mucha alegr\u00eda.<\/p>\n

Este evento, que forma parte de Wine & Food Festivals, plataforma creada por David Amar, se llev\u00f3 a cabo durante dos d\u00edas en el Moon Palace Arena Canc\u00fan, donde los asistentes degustaron diferentes platillos de los mejores restaurantes del Caribe Mexicano, vinos, destilados y productos gourmet de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n

Acudieron a la cita chefs de renombre como Zahie T\u00e9llez y Adri\u00e1n Herrera, quienes degustaron los platillos de reconocidos chefs de Canc\u00fan y Riviera Maya, como Daniele M\u00fcller, John De Sol\u00e1, Octavio Santiago, Ignacio del R\u00edo, cocineras tradicionales de Quintana Roo, entre otros creadores, quienes convivieron con afamados mix\u00f3logos y sommeliers.<\/p>\n

Avalado por el Comit\u00e9 de Fomento a la Gastronom\u00eda de Quintana Roo, se convirti\u00f3 en un crisol que fusion\u00f3 sabores y cultura, enriqueciendo nuestra identidad culinaria.<\/p>\n

El evento incluy\u00f3 desde platillos excepcionales hasta vinos selectos y una vibrante muestra de moda por estudiantes de la Gestalt Design School.<\/p>\n

Sabores e ingredientes regionales<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Para promover la riqueza gastron\u00f3mica y cultural de Quintana Roo, las empresas de base comunitaria del destino \u201cMaya Ka’an\u201d participaron con la representaci\u00f3n del \u201cTaxche\u201d, que muestra la vasta diversidad de especies de la milpa maya y, en esta ocasi\u00f3n, de productos locales de la Red de Turismo Ind\u00edgena \u201cIk Lu’um\u201d.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, se habl\u00f3 de la oferta tur\u00edstica del destino Maya Ka’an.<\/p>\n

En tanto, Rubi Cocom, cocinera tradicional, present\u00f3 el Toksel, un platillo que formar\u00e1 parte del pr\u00f3ximo Recetario Gastron\u00f3mico del Caribe Mexicano.<\/p>\n

Innovadoras propuestas<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Bahia Principe Riviera Maya Resort tuvo una destacada participaci\u00f3n, mostrando su excelencia y creatividad culinaria.<\/p>\n

El equipo de chefs, liderado por Luis Romero, chef Ejecutivo, e integrado por Aldo Castro Loria, Silvano Ramos A\u00f1orve, Gabriel Brito Miquiorena y Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00ednez Yam, present\u00f3 una serie de platillos que capturaron la atenci\u00f3n y el paladar de los asistentes.<\/p>\n

Destac\u00f3 el \u201cMole de camar\u00f3n\u201d, el \u201cCeviche Nori Tuna\u201d de at\u00fan, aguacate y leche de tigre ponzu; el \u201cBaozi con teriyaki de pato y ensalada de tub\u00e9rculos\u201d, as\u00ed como una \u201cGordita de pl\u00e1tano relleno de chicharr\u00f3n prensado\u201d, un platillo que combin\u00f3 la tradici\u00f3n mexicana con un toque gourmet innovador.<\/p>\n
