<\/a><\/p>\nCanc\u00fan, Q. R., a 03 de septiembre de 2024.- La presidenta municipal, Ana Paty Peralta, recibi\u00f3 por primera vez en la historia y de manera formal el reconocimiento otorgado por el Instituto de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales de Quintana Roo (IDAIPQROO) al municipio de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, luego de haber obtenido un \u00edndice global de cumplimiento del 93.10 % en el ejercicio 2023.<\/p>\n
En el Palacio Municipal, le fue entregado por la directora general de la Unidad de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales, Monsserrath Mili\u00e1n Galera, por cumplir con las obligaciones que marca la Ley de Transparencia.<\/p>\n
En ese marco, Ana Paty Peralta record\u00f3 que dicho porcentaje de cumplimiento se refiere a la publicaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en el portal de internet y en la Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia.<\/p>\n
Abund\u00f3 que la verificaci\u00f3n virtual oficiosa a las obligaciones de transparencia es un mecanismo que garantiza la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y el combate a la corrupci\u00f3n, apeg\u00e1ndose a criterios como: atenci\u00f3n a todas sus obligaciones de transparencia; atenci\u00f3n de sus denuncias por incumplimiento y atenci\u00f3n oportuna a sus recursos de revisi\u00f3n, permitiendo conocer la calidad y el porcentaje alcanzado por parte de los sujetos obligados.<\/p>\n
Para obtenerlo, agreg\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se consideraron los atributos de: calidad de la informaci\u00f3n y la accesibilidad al p\u00fablico en general, as\u00ed como la respuesta a denuncias, cumplimiento de recursos y la atenci\u00f3n a denuncias en la materia, que hasta la fecha todas han sido respondidas en tiempo y forma.<\/p>\n
Como antecedente, la titular de la dependencia, explic\u00f3 que en ejercicios anteriores se hab\u00edan alcanzado porcentajes de ese rubro en m\u00e1s del 85 %, por lo que en esta ocasi\u00f3n fue un logro a ese concepto marcado en los art\u00edculos 91, 92 y 93 de la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica para el Estado de Quintana Roo, del Ejercicio 2023.<\/p>\n
El municipio de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, recibi\u00f3 el Acuerdo de M\u00e9rito a las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de transparencia, como parte del evento \u201cResultados de la Verificaci\u00f3n Virtual Oficiosa a las Obligaciones de Transparencia\u201d, realizado en Chetumal el pasado 14 de agosto, con la asistencia de la gobernadora Mara Lezama, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la comisionada presidenta del Instituto de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales de Quintana Roo (IDAIPQROO), Magda Eugenia De Jes\u00fas Lozano Ocman.<\/p>\n
