Canc\u00fan, Q. Roo a 12 de septiembre de 2024 \u2013<\/b> El Comit\u00e9 Ambiental de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles de Canc\u00fan, Puerto Morelos e Isla Mujeres, tras su reactivaci\u00f3n el pasado 16 de agosto, sostuvo su primera sesi\u00f3n formal con los representantes de sostenibilidad de los Hoteles Asociados y Miembros Aliados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Durante la reuni\u00f3n, el presidente del Comit\u00e9 y representante de The Palace Company, el Bi\u00f3logo Antonio Ortiz, y su vicepresidenta, representante de Grupo Original,\u00a0 Lucelly Rosado, plantearon la misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n, objetivos y estatutos del comit\u00e9 para su \u00f3ptimo funcionamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n

Misi\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n

Crear un espacio para el intercambio de ideas sobre pr\u00e1cticas ambientales en la industria hotelera, promoviendo la responsabilidad ambiental y gestionando temas clave con las autoridades.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Visi\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n

Posicionar la sostenibilidad como un pilar fundamental en la operaci\u00f3n de la industria tur\u00edstica de Canc\u00fan, Puerto Morelos e Isla Mujeres.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Los objetivos del comit\u00e9 incluyen la colaboraci\u00f3n con autoridades e instituciones educativas reconocidas para la capacitaci\u00f3n de los Asociados en materia de sostenibilidad, realizar un an\u00e1lisis mensual de las necesidades ambientales de Canc\u00fan, Puerto Morelos e Isla Mujeres para su debida gesti\u00f3n, incentivar a los hoteles a designar a un responsable ambiental para dar seguimiento, y promover sus acciones a trav\u00e9s del Plan de Comunicaci\u00f3n Hoteler\u00eda Sostenible de la AHCPMIM.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abMe complace mucho ver los distintos perfiles que nos conforman, muchas veces estas reuniones pareciera que s\u00f3lo re\u00fanen a bi\u00f3logos pero es la diversidad en formaci\u00f3n del equipo lo que nos va a permitir intercambiar ideas y puntos de vista para llevar a cabo nuestros objetivos\u00bb, coment\u00f3 Antonio Ortiz durante la sesi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n
