{"id":79307,"date":"2024-09-18T16:42:25","date_gmt":"2024-09-18T21:42:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=79307"},"modified":"2024-09-18T16:42:25","modified_gmt":"2024-09-18T21:42:25","slug":"79307-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=79307","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante una conferencia de prensa encabezada por el presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Hoteles de Canc\u00fan, Puerto Morelos e Isla Mujeres,\u00a0 Jes\u00fas Almaguer Salazar, y el Dr. Francisco Madrid, director del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Avanzada en Turismo Sostenible (STARC) de la Universidad An\u00e1huac Canc\u00fan, se present\u00f3 un estudio comparativo sobre el desempe\u00f1o del sector tur\u00edstico en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El estudio, que analiza el comportamiento del turismo durante la temporada invernal 2023-2024 y el verano del presente a\u00f1o, revela una clara desaceleraci\u00f3n en la actividad tur\u00edstica. De cara al cierre del a\u00f1o y la pr\u00f3xima temporada invernal 2024-2025, la industria tur\u00edstica mexicana se enfrenta a importantes desaf\u00edos, tanto internos como externos. Entre los factores internos destacan la preocupaci\u00f3n e incertidumbre asociada a la Reforma Judicial y la conformaci\u00f3n del Congreso, la debilidad de las finanzas p\u00fablicas y el aumento de costos debido a nuevas prestaciones laborales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivel externo, la industria debe enfrentar la volatilidad de los mercados financieros globales, la desaceleraci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda norteamericana, la agresividad de los esfuerzos de los competidores y la complejidad de la geopol\u00edtica mundial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Almaguer y Madrid coincidieron en que, a pesar de estos desaf\u00edos, es crucial continuar con estrategias efectivas de promoci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n para mantener y fortalecer la posici\u00f3n del Caribe Mexicano en el competitivo mercado tur\u00edstico global.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante
