<\/a><\/p>\nChetumal.- En el marco de la X Asamblea del Comit\u00e9 Permanente sobre el Catastro en Iberoam\u00e9rica (CPCI), el Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico y Catastral de Quintana Roo (IGECE) ha sido ratificado por dos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s a la presidencia de este organismo, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Ricardo L\u00f3pez Rivera, el IGECE ha consolidado su liderazgo en materia catastral en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
El CPCI, una organizaci\u00f3n que agrupa a m\u00e1s de 15 pa\u00edses y m\u00e1s de 90 instituciones catastrales de toda Iberoam\u00e9rica, se encarga de definir las pol\u00edticas y directrices en materia catastral. La reciente participaci\u00f3n del IGECE en la D\u00e9cima Semana Geom\u00e1tica, organizada por el Instituto Geogr\u00e1fico \u201cAgust\u00edn Codazzi\u201d en Bogot\u00e1, Colombia, ha abierto un importante debate sobre la centralidad de las personas en los catastros.<\/p>\n
Con ello se da cumplimiento a las directrices de la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa y al Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y Desarrollo de Quintana Roo, el IGECE busca llevar esta visi\u00f3n fuera de las fronteras del estado, con el objetivo de tener instituciones m\u00e1s humanas. La funci\u00f3n catastral no solo se redefine como una actividad fiscal, sino que tambi\u00e9n persigue el bienestar de las personas y la inclusi\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s necesitados a la tierra.<\/p>\n
La ratificaci\u00f3n del IGECE en la presidencia del CPCI subraya la importancia de poner a hombres y mujeres en el centro de todas las acciones de gobierno, tal y como lo ha definido la gobernadora Mara Lezama. Con ello, Quintana Roo no solo fortalece su posici\u00f3n como l\u00edder en materia catastral, sino que tambi\u00e9n promueve un enfoque m\u00e1s humano y sostenible para el desarrollo de la regi\u00f3n iberoamericana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
