<\/a><\/p>\nPlaya del Carmen, Quintana Roo, 23 de octubre de 2024.\u2014 La presidenta municipal Estefan\u00eda Mercado sostuvo hoy una reuni\u00f3n con mandos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana, marco en el que recibi\u00f3 el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico de Trabajo de la corporaci\u00f3n que ser\u00e1 clave para la construcci\u00f3n de paz en Solidaridad, con una polic\u00eda m\u00e1s humanista.<\/p>\n
Acompa\u00f1ada por el titular de la dependencia, Ra\u00fal Tassinari Gonz\u00e1lez, la Alcaldesa destac\u00f3 que la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana Municipal no parte de cero en la actual administraci\u00f3n, ya que \u201chay un trabajo previo bien hecho, hay un compromiso, y estas cosas no se logran con una sola mujer o con un solo hombre, se logran haciendo un trabajo en equipo\u201d.<\/p>\n
Durante su visita a las instalaciones de la dependencia, anunci\u00f3 que habr\u00e1 mayor capacitaci\u00f3n policial, equipo y herramientas para que las y los polic\u00edas puedan desempe\u00f1ar su trabajo con dignidad, para que las y los solidarenses se sientan en paz y m\u00e1s seguros, pero tambi\u00e9n que tengan una mejor percepci\u00f3n de los uniformados.<\/p>\n
Los procesos de certificaci\u00f3n, las estrategias en materia de proximidad social, el monitoreo y la profesionalizaci\u00f3n, son parte esencial para que los ciudadanos tengan una mejor polic\u00eda, recalc\u00f3 la Presidenta Municipal.<\/p>\n
\u201cEs muy importante mantener esta din\u00e1mica de disciplina de excelencia\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n
Dijo que la polic\u00eda de Solidaridad debe actuar de acuerdo con los principios de legalidad, eficiencia, honradez y, sobre todo, respeto a los derechos humanos, siempre dentro del marco de la ley.<\/p>\n
Adem\u00e1s, Estefan\u00eda Mercado entreg\u00f3 nombramientos a los mandos de la corporaci\u00f3n y recorri\u00f3 el edificio que operar\u00e1 en breve como guarder\u00eda infantil para hijas e hijos de polic\u00edas, desde los 43 d\u00edas de nacidos, hasta los tres a\u00f1os y once meses de edad, en tres turnos.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, supervis\u00f3 el C2, las \u00e1reas de tr\u00e1mites y servicios, gimnasio, comedor y la plaza central donde se llevan a cabo procesos de instrucci\u00f3n y adiestramiento, t\u00e9cnicas de defensa policial, aseguramiento y traslado de indiciados, uso de bast\u00f3n y t\u00e9cnicas de desarme.<\/p>\n
A la reuni\u00f3n y recorrido tambi\u00e9n asistieron los regidores integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Edilicia de Seguridad Ciudadana, Polic\u00eda Preventiva y Tr\u00e1nsito, Bomberos y Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Orlando Mu\u00f1oz G\u00f3mez, Fernando Mu\u00f1oz Calero y Nellyadi Anaiza Quian Medina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
