Marciano Toledo S\u00e1nchez, destacado pol\u00edtico, activista y figura clave en la creaci\u00f3n del municipio de Solidaridad, deja un legado imborrable tras su fallecimiento a los 65 a\u00f1os<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Una vida dedicada al servicio de su comunidad<\/h4>\n

El ingeniero Marciano Toledo S\u00e1nchez, cari\u00f1osamente conocido como \u00abChano Toledo\u00bb, falleci\u00f3 a los 65 a\u00f1os en su domicilio, rodeado de su familia. Originario de San Luis Potos\u00ed, pero adoptado por Playa del Carmen desde sus primeros a\u00f1os como pueblo, \u00abChano\u00bb se convirti\u00f3 en un pilar fundamental del desarrollo pol\u00edtico, social y econ\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Desde su llegada, Toledo S\u00e1nchez dedic\u00f3 su vida al activismo social y al progreso de Solidaridad. Fue pieza clave en la fundaci\u00f3n del municipio, liderando una lucha de cinco a\u00f1os junto con otros pobladores para lograr este objetivo hist\u00f3rico en 1993. Posteriormente, asumi\u00f3 el cargo de presidente municipal de transici\u00f3n, marcando el inicio de una trayectoria pol\u00edtica destacada.<\/p>\n

Un legado de lucha y compromiso<\/h4>\n

Adem\u00e1s de ser un pol\u00edtico visionario, \u00abChano\u00bb fue un incansable defensor de los derechos ciudadanos. Abog\u00f3 por tarifas justas de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica ante la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) y luch\u00f3 contra abusos en los servicios de agua potable brindados por Aguakan. Su car\u00e1cter firme y su conexi\u00f3n con las necesidades de los habitantes lo convirtieron en una figura querida y respetada.<\/p>\n

Durante su vida p\u00fablica, ocup\u00f3 diversos cargos, incluido el de regidor en dos per\u00edodos (2002-2005 y 2021-2024). Tambi\u00e9n fue empresario y promotor de nuevas colonias como Cristo Rey, donde facilit\u00f3 el acceso a terrenos para familias que buscaban un lugar donde construir su hogar.<\/p>\n

Un ejemplo de liderazgo y humanismo<\/h4>\n

Marciano Toledo ser\u00e1 recordado no solo por su liderazgo pol\u00edtico, sino tambi\u00e9n por su profundo amor por la comunidad. Fue esposo de Delfina Medina Carvajal y padre de cuatro hijos, entre ellos Jos\u00e9 Luis Toledo Medina, \u00abChanito\u00bb, destacado pol\u00edtico local.<\/p>\n

Su \u00faltimo acto de lucha se dio hace apenas una semana, cuando expres\u00f3 su oposici\u00f3n al cambio de nombre del municipio de Solidaridad, defendiendo el legado de su creaci\u00f3n y el significado hist\u00f3rico del nombre.<\/p>\n

Solidaridad despide a su defensor<\/h4>\n

El fallecimiento de \u00abChano\u00bb Toledo representa una p\u00e9rdida irreparable para Playa del Carmen y Quintana Roo. Autoridades locales, l\u00edderes comunitarios y ciudadanos han expresado sus condolencias a su familia, destacando la invaluable huella que dej\u00f3 en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Hoy, Solidaridad llora a un hombre cuya visi\u00f3n y compromiso marcaron el destino del municipio. Su vida nos recuerda que el amor por la tierra y la lucha por el bienestar colectivo son los pilares de un verdadero l\u00edder.<\/p>\n

Descansa en paz, \u00abChano\u00bb Toledo. Tu legado perdurar\u00e1 en el coraz\u00f3n de Solidaridad.<\/p>\n
