\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El chef Irving Cupul, del Restaurante Ramona, fue reconocido por el Congreso del Estado de Quintana Roo por su destacada participaci\u00f3n en la 33\u00aa edici\u00f3n del Premio al M\u00e9rito Restaurantero de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera (CANIRAC), evento que galardon\u00f3 a lo mejor del sector gastron\u00f3mico en M\u00e9xico.<br \/>\nEn una emotiva ceremonia celebrada en el recinto legislativo, el talentoso chef del NIZUC Resort &amp; Spa recibi\u00f3 el Reconocimiento Gastron\u00f3mico Quintana Roo 2024, por parte de la XVIII Legislatura, por ganar una de las 14 categor\u00edas del afamado concurso celebrado por la agrupaci\u00f3n empresarial con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 600 mil restaurantes a nivel nacional.<br \/>\nEl chef Irving Cupul obtuvo, en el pasado certamen de la CANIRAC, el Premio C\u00e9sar Balsa, como Mejor Restaurante de Hoteles, por el Restaurante Ramona.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/chef-4.jpeg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-82221\" \/>\nLas diputadas Euterpe Alicia Guti\u00e9rrez Valasis, de la Comisi\u00f3n de Turismo y Asuntos Internacionales y Paola Elizabeth Moreno C\u00f3rdova, de la Comisi\u00f3n de Justicia, y resaltaron la excelencia culinaria del chef Cupul que ha logrado proyectar la imagen gastron\u00f3mica del estado a nivel nacional e internacional. \u201cSu creatividad y pasi\u00f3n transforman cada plato en una obra de arte\u201d, comentaron.<br \/>\nNacido en Canc\u00fan, con una mezcla de sangre mixteca por parte de su madre oaxaque\u00f1a y de la esencia de la cultura maya, por parte de su padre yucateco, el chef Cupul ha fusionado t\u00e9cnicas aut\u00f3ctonas de la gastronom\u00eda mexicana con las nuevas tendencias culinarias para crear innovadores platillos contempor\u00e1neos.<br \/>\nOrgullo de sus or\u00edgenes culturales, el chef plasma ese amor y pasi\u00f3n que siente por su querido M\u00e9xico en cada una de sus creaciones consolidando al restaurante Ramona como un referente de excelencia, creatividad y calidad en la alta gastronom\u00eda mexicana.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/chef-2.jpeg\" homenaje\u00f3 al chef Rodrigo Ovidio Estrada, del Restaurante Nixtamal, de Bacalar, por representar con orgullo a Quintana Roo y obtener el Premio Jos\u00e9 In\u00e9s Loredo a la Cocina Mexicana, en el pasado concurso de la CANIRAC.<br \/>\nLa entrega de estos reconocimientos forma parte de una iniciativa del Congreso del Estado para promover el m\u00e9rito local y celebrar a las figuras que
